The brewer stopped working after 2 days. I would give it 0 starts if possible.

This is my 5th Keurig coffeemaker since Keurig appeared years ago. And THIS Keurig is without a doubt THE BEST coffeemaker ever! Coffee comes out hotter, stronger, more delicious! Thank you Keurig! In an otherwise crappy year of 2020, this is a positive welcome note!!

Beware! Won't last more than 60-90 days

New, this was exactly what I wanted - fast with a strong setting. After about 60 days the descale light illuminated and it seemed to destroy itself from within. The first Descale cycle ended ok, but after that the unit started spitting out random amounts of water regardless of the setting. I would choose 10 Oz - sometimes I'd get 9.5oz, but randomly 6 or 8 or 1oz.
I complained to Keurig and they send me a replacement. It was OK for about 40 days, then the descale light came on. The first descale cycle never completed. After that (and after a few cups of different random amounts) it appears to be stuck on 1 oz.

Nothing special

I've had this for less than a year, probably closer to 6 months. It's currently stuck on descale, and won't do anything at all. I can't find out how to shut that off. Nothing I've tried works. It's very frustrating. The coffee maker itself has never been anything special, and it's slower than normal.

Purchased to replace my old Keurig 2.0. Decided to not go with a carafe this time. Saw this one and all the features, exactly what I needed. Love the large square shape water reservoir. Easy to read programs and extended 12oz brew size. The BEST part I love is the Temperature control feature! I use refrigerated creamer and when added to my coffee, I don't have to "microwave" it to get it hot again. Coffee comes out smooth and fresh taste in this maker too. Very quiet brewing. Fits in my spot on counter perfectly with the straight edge back and sides. Can't go wrong with this one!
We are very happy with this unit. It is attractive to look at and easy to use. I like the option to be able to increase the strength of the coffee as well as the temperature. The handle on the water reservoir is convenient compared to previous models. It is not obvious in some pictures, but you can use charcoal Keurig water filters as in previous models. This model does not pull water into the unit to keep the water stored and hot, it pulls the water in at the time of coffee making. My only complaint is that it tends to be much slower becasue of this new way of brewing...probably double the time. It also tends to splash alot during the making of a cup. The countertop needs regular wiping up.
We prefer Keurig over all other coffee makers. It is efficient and easy to use.

Excited then Disappointed

I owned this Supreme Plus for 4 months. It started to smoke a lot and then died. Safety issue. Also, the descale turns on too soon. My old Keurig worked so much better. The old one even had a blue light at the bottom of the reservoir which helped to see the water level before dawn. The new model has a nice multi stream for flavor, but awkward for putting the reservoir back into the base. I hated the blinking lights feature on my eyes at 6am! Keurig, you got to fix the smoking problem to prevent fires.
