Absolutely beautiful, Tech Fantastic

I performed my first descale this evening. The Keurig descaler bottle didn't give any directions; however, Keurig online how to page videos are excellent. I was able to find one for the above coffee maker. It guided me thru easily and now I have a clean ready to go again coffee maker. Coffee maker indicator showed I needed to descale. It knows when!! The process after viewing video was easy to follow and the coffee maker even showed you when it's finished. The technology on this coffee maker is par excellence. I'm enjoying every cup. No more having hubby to make and measure, with the k-pod accessory, I can easily fill the to a line in the access. and always have a perfect cup of coffee. BTW, no more nasty build up in that was in my regular Cuisinart High end coffee maker - 12 cup size. The tank on this coffee maker is crystal clear and if you use bottled water, I do, you don't need the filter either. Hats off to the engineers for a simple, but tech savvy coffee maker. I am truly grateful.

Wow these are really lemons

Purchase this at Christmas. Seems I’ve been able to use it longer than most people. However it won’t put more than an eighth of an inch of coffee and a cup. And it blew up

Thank you for reviewing your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. The behavior you're describing certainly does not sound normal. Has your K-Cup pod been removed and reinserted into the brewer? For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds. Coffee maker is a piece of junk

I’ve bought over a half dozen Keurig coffee makers and every single one of them has stopped working. Stay away from this brand

Not hot

The first pot that was delivered was a disappointment. Only brewed cold coffee. Customer service did replace the coffee pot but this one only makes barely warm coffee even though it is set on the hottest setting. I have to put the coffee in the microwave to get it hot enough to drink. My old Keurig made coffee warmer than this new improved pot. No I would not waste your money on this new and improved design.

Lots of great features.

I love many of the features of this keurig. I have the ability to adjust the temp and strength of every cup i brew. I also like the large water reservoir and that there is no warm up time for the brewer.

Anti climactic

I manage my church's coffee ministry. We had 3 standard Kurig machines. When I went to descale one of them, it just completely quit working. So I thought maybe we needed a stronger one that held more water since it got so much use. That's when i got this supreme plus. It lasted a whopping 2 days before it stopped brewing. Now it just explodes the pod and water seeps out of seams where it isn't supposed to, creating a mess around the machine on the counter. I would not recommend it.

We have purchased this one about a year ago. Thought it was something we did wrong, but here i am descaling it again and its taking almost 2 hrs and it still says we need to descale. I even tried to manually reset it and it wont reset. As much as we love they way it brews i would NOT recommend this model, or do way more research. I miss my old one. It descaled in less then 30 to 40 minutes

Engineered with recycled plastic

The heating element and updated plastic material causes the fresh water to become contaminated. Ran through several cups and the “polybiphenal” taste contamination persisted.
Returned product.
