First unit just quit after about one month Replacement sent from Keurig took 3 weeks to receive and us failing also Water volume and temp way under spec Push for 8 oz and maybe get 4 oz I do not recommend

Best Keurig single serve to date!

I have owned a Keurig for many years. My latest model was the K-Elite programmable single serve coffee maker, which works very well and I very much enjoy using. My wife decided to get me the Keurig K-Supreme Plus with multi-stream for a gift for me. I was very surprised my wife purchased this for me, as my K-Elite works just fine with no issues and makes a very good cup of coffee. Anyway, I decided to try this new model out, test it and see how it stacks up to my K-Elite. I have to say I'm quite impressed. First, the build quality is the best I have seen on a keurig coffee maker. The K-Supreme plus has a very robust housing and access handle for the k-cup compartment. It feels very smooth and solid, something I have not seen for some time from Keurig. It also does not open the same way that most Keurig models have done over the past several years. It opens similar to the original mini k-cup model (one of the first k-cup coffee makers build over 10 years ago) which the top section of the k-cup compartment opens and the bottom is stationary. This is a great design, as it reduces the amount of moving parts, gives the build a very solid feel and helps with keeping the compartment simple and easy to clean. I also love the reservoir much more than the K-Elite model. The K-Supreme plus reservoir has a very nice handle that is moulded into the reservoir side. Its a great improvement that feels perfect in the hands and makes removal of the reservoir super easy for filling and cleaning. As with most Keurig models, there is an included water filter as well. The reservoir cover is also better and easier to remove as well. Also like most models, there is the removable drip tray for large to-go cups or tumbles and the usual removable k-cup holder that can be cleaned after each use. Now how does it work. The display and button arrangement is nicely laid out, and very easy to understand, although I still read the instruction manual which clarified any questions. I noticed there is no clock and/or timer for presetting a brew time. For me (and for many Keurig users) this is not an issue, as all the Keurig single serve only coffee makers work quickly in making a cup of coffee and do not have a hot base for keeping coffee warm. So for most coffee drinkers like me, the timer is a feature not needed. What this model does have is a configuration preset option for different coffee drinkers. This allows up to three (3) people to have there own preset adjustments (Brew strength and temperature) to suit their taste. For me, I find the default settings to be just fine for my taste, so that is what I use. This model also has the new multi-stream technology, which is to help with extracting more coffee flavor, caffeine, etc... from the grains within the K-cup. So the first thing you will notice different with this model is the five (5) water injection needles, that are in the top of the k-cup compartment. So the question is, Does it really work? Oh yeah, it does!
This is were it all comes down too. How well does it make a cup of coffee. I have to say, as much as I love my K-Elite and feel it does a very good job at making a good cup of coffee, the new K-Supreme Plus with multi-stream technology is a huge improvement. When you first power this unit on, it is completely silent. There is no heating up sounds and you do not have to wait a few minutes before you begin to brew a cup of coffee. Just turn it on, place your favourite K-cup in, close the top, make your cup size and preference selections and hit the brew button. That's it. The brew process starts immediately and is extremely quite. No pump sounds, no heating sounds, just the sound of the water going thru the K-cup and the coffee pouring into your cup or mug. As for taste, when using my K-Elite coffee maker I would use the "strong" brew feature with a 6 oz cup every time. That gave me the taste I prefer, as I also add milk and creamer to my coffee but do not want the coffee flavor to become lost. With the new K-Supreme Plus, the multi-stream technology works so well that I get better and stronger flavor from the default settings (the lowest strength and temp settings) and a eight (8) oz cup setting, than with any Keurig coffee make I have ever used. You will also notice the brew time to be slightly longer than previous models, (only by 15-30 seconds depending on strength settings) which really does not matter since there is no preheat time needed between brews. Clean-up is the same as all keurig models, simple and easy. I'm absolutely love this new Keurig K-Supreme Plus! I feel that Keurig has done a great job in addressing any weak points and needed improvements of previous models. The K-Supreme Plus, tics all the boxes and in my opinion is the best single serve maker available. I would highly recommend this model. Enjoy! Steve K.
I've had this about a month now, and I'm really liking it. It heats the water much faster than my old one did and now I can brew 16 oz of coffee with the quick second cup feature. First I brew the normal 12 oz, and then I brew 4 additional ounces from the same pod.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Disappointed!

I was very excited when I read all of the options for this coffee maker. It seemed to be an answer to a prayer. My experience with the unit (units) certainly did not meet my expectations. I have now purchased two of these coffee makers, both of which have unceremoniously died. The first one just quit turning one. I unplugged, waited 39 minutes..tried several other things that might reset but nothing happened. I loved the coffee it made so I bought another. Today I was descaling and the same thing happened again. I have used several Keurig models over the years and had no issues with them. This is the most expensive one I’ve purchased and it has failed twice. The coffee it brews is great but based on performance, I cannot recommend this particular unit.

Worst Keurig ever made

I have used Keurig brewers for at least 7-10 years now and finally broke down and bought their newest model with the best features. I have had it for about 7 months now and think it is the worst one I have ever used. It spits, it sputters all over the counter tops and nearby cabinets. Sometimes its makes a good full cup of coffee but sometimes it doesn't. The instructions say to descale every 3 months but the descale light lights up every 3 weeks even after repeated use of Keurig descaling solution. Coffee grounds are found at the bottom of every cup. I have to purge the machine using just water after each coffee brew to clear out tons of grounds. I have followed online and in person help each time I have a problem and get it to work for a few days and then it just does its own thing again and I have to take it apart, clean it, and hope that I can get it to work properly. It is a real pain in the neck! My recommendation - choose another brewer or another brand!

this makes great coffee for a month or so, then is dies. I am on my third machine since December. I love it and just want it to work. At least the company keeps sending me new ones. But I am frustrated.

Best Keurig brewed coffee yet... until

Very happy with the K-Supreme Plus - while it worked. Easily the best, most flavorful cup of Keurig coffee, and the most consistent brew of any Keurig we've owned to date until one day it just stopped turning on. Unit failed fortunately within the warranty period. Now the replacement unit failed after 8 months. And reading through other reviews it appears that this is a common issue. I hope Keurig addresses what appears to be a design flaw. Until then, hoping 3rd time is a charm.
