Congratulations to Keurig as they have outdone themselves with this new machine. I just purchased it a week ago and look forward to every cup of coffee. Fabulous new technology plus there’s no waiting for the pot to heat up. I’ve been using keurig for 8 years and this machine makes a incredible cup of coffee. I would give them ten stars if available. Ten stars if there were available.

I bought this a few months ago and just now tried to use a new flavor coffee; pumpkin spice. The machine brewed one cup and then began malfunctioning. Doesn’t brew. I did the full, 45-min descale and used many of the cleaning pods. Still tells me to descale and doesn’t always brew. Poor form Keurig, I’m disappointed.

Died during descale

I was doing a descale on my coffee maker and it died during in the middle of the process, very disappointed in the coffee maker, would not recommend buying it. Reading the reviews, I am not the first person to have this problem.

WORST KEURIG!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODEL

This was the 6th machine I've purchased over the last 15 years, and it is absolutely horrible! I have "descaled" this machine 4 times and yet the descale continues to blink. I've even tried internet tricks to make it turn off "descale" and yet it won't go away...and now today it just stopped brewing!!!!!!!!!!! The machine has been the slowest brewing machine I've ever had and now not even a year old and it's completely useless!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE

This model needs a recall

This model needs a recall. It stopped working on me way too early. I loved the looks of this Keurig. I’m so disappointed. I usually love Keurig products. This one was smoking from the top then shut down.
