Too many challenges

This machine is soooo slow to brew! It will start quickly, but just dribbles out coffee. The reusable filter system is the worst! I don't like all the waste from pods, so I've always used the reusable filters. They changed the design for this machine and it's terribly made. If you use fine ground coffee, the filter will over flow grounds into your cup, machine, counter...major mess. And for the love of God, stop with the auto descale notification! No instructions included, so a lengthy Google search to figure out how to do it. Most annoying machine ever.

Horrible

Spits coffee everywhere while brewing and takes forever just to brew a cup coffee . I do however like that it makes it very hot. My last keurig did not.

I love this one ! I wanted this because of the handsome stainless design , larger water reservoir capacity as well as taking up less counter space . It turned out to be Excellent Quality! It keeps the coffee hotter too!

Do not buy! Descaling burns out machine!

I bought this Keurig in July 2021. On April 25, 2022 , I descaled the machine and it completely stopped working. FYI the videos on Keurig don’t tell you how to properly descale your machine, instead I had to find it on a YouTube channel. You have to put your machine in descaling mode in order to run it properly and for the descale warning to reset. So I called Keurig and they sent me a new one. Fast forward 10 months later, I go to rescale the machine and it happens again, totally burns out and doesn’t work anymore. I called Keurig again and they are sending me a new model. I’m grateful for the great customer service but not for the inconvenience of the machine keeps breaking and then have to wait 10 days for a new machine. So my advice: DO NOT BUY THIS KEURIG MODEL!!! It’s terrible and not worth it if it breaks every time you descale it. There’s numerous review online about how this machine burns out so quickly. Find a different machine. The older Keurig models work and last so much longer!!

DEFECTIVE MODEL

When I initially called customer service to report the same issue with my replacement model that I had with the original, I made it clear that I was not interested in receiving a replacement of the same defective K Supreme Plus. I have had 2 of these now and they both had the exact same malfunction occur when following the descale protocol. I have owned Keurig brewers since they came out and have NEVER had any issues with descaling until owning the K Supreme +. After further investigation, I read all over the internet that I am not alone and this product is obviously defective due to a faulty thermal sensor that gets tripped when descaling due to overheating. Keurig needs to take responsibility for this issue and make things right!!!!! I was reassured that my request was heard about wanting a different model. However, I then receive confirmation that my replacement is on its way- a useless K Supreme Plus. Such a disappointment after being a loyal consumer since the beginning......
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The BEST Keurig I’ve ever used!

I have been a loyal Keurig customer for at least 10 years. In fact, I “retired” a Keurig that was almost 8 years old at the begging of this year! So, to say I’m pleased with the K-Supreme Plus would be a huge understatement. It brews fast and having control over strength and temperature as well as size is a huge perk. It’s sleek and attractive and doesn’t take up too much countertop real estate thanks to its design. Truly the best Keurig I’ve ever gotten to use! Please note, I was fortunate enough to receive a complimentary product for testing purposes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

K Supreme Plus

Wow, what a great addition to the Keurig family of coffee makers. I was not given a free coffee maker to sample and review. Therefore, this is my review after paying for the maker. Love the 78 oz reservoir. The pitcher type reservoir is so easy to lift and return to the maker without having to try and clip it on the side. The temperature control is easy to set and i love hot coffee. Also the fact that 5 holes are punched in the top of the k-cups allows more water to enter to the coffee grounds and brew a better tasting coffee. My wife has made ice tea, and just like the K-Elite it does a fabulous job over ice in a 20 oz cup. The stainless steel sides are elegant and a big upgrade from the plastic look. Easy to set up in minutes. The fact that the maker turns off in 5 minutes is not a big deal, hot water ready instantly. I recommend this maker to anyone wanting to upgrade to a hotter, faster, and better tasting coffee.
