The best one so far!

This is at least my sixth or seventh Keurig over the years. At home, office, camper, etc. I love the look, and the footprint. The capacity is amazing. Somehow it looks smaller, but has more capacity than any other Keurig I’ve owned. I was very, very disappointed to see the power saving feature cannot be disabled. For me, one of the big selling points is being able to hit the start button and have immediate coffee. I am happy to say, that this heats up so quickly I don’t even notice that it started from off. It’s pretty amazing actually. I’m very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sounds like the vue to me

This description is the same as the features touted in the failed vue products, all you have done is used vue technology with k-cup format...you had a great product in vue, but you stopped supporting it and let it die.

Descale question

Bought the K-Sureme Plus 3/1/22 to replace a 10+ year old Keurig that has been a faithful friend but finally gave it up. Loving the new brewer,l but last week the descale message came on and I went through the descale process, but cannot figure out how to turn off the descale message. Please advise.

Great upgrade - READ THE INSTRUCTIONS

I bought this a year ago and I love it. It makes great coffee and we only have 2 coffee makers in the house so the profiles are great. Nice option going all the way down to the 4 oz. My wife and I use the refillable 90% of the time. It takes 20 more seconds, at the same time, it's much cheaper, less waste, and we have a wider range of options with coffees. I have tried a refillable in the past and with only one stream, it never worked right. Just fill up to the line.
I CANNOT emphasize reading the instructions more. The descaling process is different, you will absolutely burn up your heating element by running vinegar solution through it and not follow the instructions. I see negative review after negative review about people's burning elements smoking and all the rest after they descaled it. I would hate to be customer service knowing that people are just lying (like my brother did) to get another keurig because they didn't take 5 minutes to read.
I don't want to minimize some people's experiences. There may very well be a defective lot. I clearly did not get something defective, I follow the instructions and have over 1,000 brews in.

Love this little Gem! Although it takes a little longer to brew than my old brewer, I know it is extracting every ounce of flavor from my special blend! Love that I can choose the strength and temp as well as the 5 cup sizes! It makes brewing so easy.
The only con would be that during the brew (drip process) it spits tiny droplets onto my counter.

Quiet and on demand brewing!

Not even a month in and we love our new coffee maker. Moved up from a Keurig K200.
Smaller platform, sleeker look, larger water tank, auto-shut off, 3 individualized user preferred brew (strength, amount and temp) settings...but the best part is that as soon as the lid is closed and brewing starts (almost immediately), the only sound you hear is not the water heating up but the crisp sound of liquid dropping into the empty cup/carafe. Another had posted this and I thought no way, but it is amazingly quiet. Glad I made the investment....

Awkward style - sits strangely on counter

Delivered today. I was excited to use it. Followed all the instructions. Put the Keurig Green Mountain Pod in and set it for 10 oz. It brewed but what a disaster! Grounds were all inside my cup and when I opened the area to check where the pods go.....what a mess!
Grounds everywhere! It took me 15 minutes to clean it all out! What a disappointment! I then used the piece for fresh ground coffee and tried again. I came out ok. I am really afraid to try a pod again now. If it happens again I will send it back!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your review and feedback. Pre-puncturing pods can help with pressure build up and may relieve this issue you are experiencing. You can try this by placing the K-Cup pod into the holder and press down on the K-Cup pod to puncture the bottom before brewing to release this pressure.
