It's great when it works

We have used keurigs for many years, when we replaced our last one with k supreme , it worked fine for about a week, then the water started going all over the pod and not through it. Sometimes we would get coffee, wasted so many popes which are expensive! Looked up a fix and found this is a common issue, the gaskets on the pins move up, they are hard to adjust and sharp, I don't want hit or miss coffee

I bought this thinking with different temperature settings I could finally get a hot cup of coffee. Wrong! Hottest setting gives only lukewarm coffee. So disappointed.

LEMON! DO NOT BUY

I have purchased this model twice! One worked for 6 months then died, so I bought another. The replacement died 5 minutes out of the box. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THIS MODEL.

BROKE IN 4 MONTHS

Descaling ligtht coming on every 2 weeks. We use double filtered water. Finally quit brewing and turning off after 4 months

I bought the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve with new technology because the multiple options including personal settings would be a good addition. The large capacity reservoir sounded great. My wife is the biggest user with her Chi Tea. We've had it 3 days and she is done with it! Her Chi was so weak she couldn't drink it. When she removed the foil there was a fair amount of unprocessed Chi on the bottom of the K cup. We hooked up the old 2.0, made a Chi, and checked the K cup. No unprocessed Chi at all.

Awesome Keurig with good style.i need a complimentary tea bag brewing insert with my new Keurigs always. The pad that goes underneath the cup needs to be raised one quarter inch to cut out tiny splashes as the fluid drops in. (It might be industrial sabotage at the manufacturing plant in China. American consumers and companies have never quite understood manufacturing to cause harm. We try to be totally excellent manufacturers. China has been sabotaging what we get. I have quite a list of examples. Keurig is too good for that).
You might want to go back to some models that are simple mechanical engineering. It is going to be an excellent comeback. (For example: So many worthless software choices are available on my washing machine. There are many stupid choices no one would ever use. A simple rotary dial or series of buttons to choose options would drop the price of the unit in software engineer salaries. A "mechanical ROM BIOS"-like hardware metal platform (all metal machine parts) is preferable to LED controls).
My Keurig unit is precious as it is, but I would not mind prurient changes to stop the drop splatters. It requires cleanup every time it is used.

These Are Defective and Keurig Keeps Selling Them

No exaggeration, I am on my SIXTH K-Supreme Plus. I purchased my first in December of 2020, first use January 2021. Lasted 9 days, no power. Exchanged it. Replacement lasted 7 days, no power. I could go on but the next 4 had similar issues, only one of the six lasted longer than a month. The issue is they have bad thermostat switches. You can pop it open and reset it but why would you?
Keurig customer service is great and keeps sending replacements but at this point, time for a Nespresso.
Ironically I use an ancient Keurig as my backup.

This is probably my favorite Keurig brewer ever! I've owned Keurigs for many years and recently purchased this one to replace a Keurig Smart (wi-fi connected) brewer. That one I did NOT like at all...too many errors and I couldn't use regular tea bags in the machine because that would cause a malfunction. So frustrating. But this is a jewel...simple to use but still has all the bells and whistles to make it convenient and easy to use!
I would recommend this to a friend!
