Not up tp Keurig

Used less than 3 months and machine stopped working. It drizzles water, then nothing. My older versions work for years. This was a complete waste of money. Certainly doesn’t represent Keurig’s usual quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolute junk!

I bought t my machine about 60 days ago It worked great until I Descaled it. Followed instructions to the letter. On the second cup of remaining descaling solution the machine smoked and the Add Water sign never came on. I turned it off and now nothing. If you want the perfect disposable coffee maker that lasts 60 days... this model is for you!

Love the improvements

I used to own a Keurig when they first came out and after maybe six months, had given it away and brought back my old standby. When Influenster reached out to me to try this brewer I was very hesitant. I like my coffee STRONG, and I wasn’t a fan of how you couldn’t control that with most Keurigs. Not the case with this guy. This model allows you to customize your cups for both heat and strength; you can even make iced coffee, which I love in the summer. Installation was very straightforward and I had the system up, cleaned and running rather quickly. I can honestly say that with being home from work due to COVID-19, little things like having wonderful coffee to look forward to are such a blessing. I really love this machine! I received this machine with compliments from Influenster in exchange for my honest review.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love This Model SO Much!!!

I have owned several Keurigs. (I believe this is my fourth?) Not because they don't last, but because I have given them away to upgrade. :) This is by far my favorite model. It brews a cup of coffee SUPER fast even when it isn't pre-heated. In less than two minutes, I have a hot cup of Joe. I adore the new tank design. It is SO much better than the previous crescent shaped ones!!! I have no issues with the multi-brew technology. I think it does make a stronger cup of coffee, which I appreciate. But if you don't want your coffee that strong, you can up the ounces. I have never had any issues with the K cups getting ripped up on the top and putting grounds in my coffee. I've never gotten any grounds in my coffee for any other reason either. I love the Memory buttons so that each person in my family can make their coffee their way with the touch of only two buttons. I also like the auto shut-off feature, the fact that it's not a touch-screen computerized machine that constantly gives error messages, and I LOVE the stainless finish! Thank you, Keurig!

I bought this Keurig to upgrade our older Platinum model. We donated the Platinum as soon as we realized this Keurig is awesome! LOVE the freed up counter space. And, this Keurig makes the perfect cup for us both. LOVE IT!

Don't buy this...

I don't normally seek out a product to leave a review, but I am very disappointed by this keurig. We had an old model that worked great for years until it died on us. This updated one, however, is an upset. Most times it brews it splashes water everywhere and most of the grounds end up in the coffee mug. We have attempted troubleshooting: not filling the grounds to the fill line, double checking the pod is locked before brewing, attempting on different settings, etc. and more often than not you get a cup with coffee grounds. I wish I could easily return this thing.

high maintenace

had for 2 months no maintenance instructions came with unit for descale procedure
Now pods won't puncture spills water over counter
can't find anything procedure to correct problem

Broken after 6 months

Descale error persisted after following instructions. Then pffftt and an electrical issue...apparently. No more working Keurig.
