These Are Defective and Keurig Keeps Selling Them

No exaggeration, I am on my SIXTH K-Supreme Plus. I purchased my first in December of 2020, first use January 2021. Lasted 9 days, no power. Exchanged it. Replacement lasted 7 days, no power. I could go on but the next 4 had similar issues, only one of the six lasted longer than a month. The issue is they have bad thermostat switches. You can pop it open and reset it but why would you?
Keurig customer service is great and keeps sending replacements but at this point, time for a Nespresso.
Ironically I use an ancient Keurig as my backup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is probably my favorite Keurig brewer ever! I've owned Keurigs for many years and recently purchased this one to replace a Keurig Smart (wi-fi connected) brewer. That one I did NOT like at all...too many errors and I couldn't use regular tea bags in the machine because that would cause a malfunction. So frustrating. But this is a jewel...simple to use but still has all the bells and whistles to make it convenient and easy to use!

This is at least my sixth or seventh Keurig over the years. At home, office, camper, etc. I love the look, and the footprint. The capacity is amazing. Somehow it looks smaller, but has more capacity than any other Keurig I’ve owned. I was very, very disappointed to see the power saving feature cannot be disabled. For me, one of the big selling points is being able to hit the start button and have immediate coffee. I am happy to say, that this heats up so quickly I don’t even notice that it started from off. It’s pretty amazing actually. I’m very happy.

coffee taste like burnt plastic, tried to return Kurieg rep said I could not return it becausw IT WSAS DEFECTIVE. DA!!

Sounds like the vue to me

This description is the same as the features touted in the failed vue products, all you have done is used vue technology with k-cup format...you had a great product in vue, but you stopped supporting it and let it die.

Descale question

Bought the K-Sureme Plus 3/1/22 to replace a 10+ year old Keurig that has been a faithful friend but finally gave it up. Loving the new brewer,l but last week the descale message came on and I went through the descale process, but cannot figure out how to turn off the descale message. Please advise.
I bought this 2 weeks ago to upgrade to the multi stream version. The coffee is richer and tastes better. I am happy that I made this upgrade.

Great upgrade - READ THE INSTRUCTIONS

I bought this a year ago and I love it. It makes great coffee and we only have 2 coffee makers in the house so the profiles are great. Nice option going all the way down to the 4 oz. My wife and I use the refillable 90% of the time. It takes 20 more seconds, at the same time, it's much cheaper, less waste, and we have a wider range of options with coffees. I have tried a refillable in the past and with only one stream, it never worked right. Just fill up to the line.
I CANNOT emphasize reading the instructions more. The descaling process is different, you will absolutely burn up your heating element by running vinegar solution through it and not follow the instructions. I see negative review after negative review about people's burning elements smoking and all the rest after they descaled it. I would hate to be customer service knowing that people are just lying (like my brother did) to get another keurig because they didn't take 5 minutes to read. I don't want to minimize some people's experiences. There may very well be a defective lot. I clearly did not get something defective, I follow the instructions and have over 1,000 brews in.
