Makes great coffee. Multi-stream makes a rich cup of coffee. The favorite buttons really help. The variety of settings allows the selection that suits every taste.

The Coffee maker has a horrific smell and the coffee taste terrible as a result. I tried cleaning with white vinegar a number of times to no avail.

My old Keurig lasted years but the pump started going bad. The new K-Supreme Plus was nicely wrapped in stainless steel. Even the sides and back are clad in real metal. The strength and heat adjustments are a great addition. The multi-stream tech really gets all the flavor out of the coffee. You don't need to turn on or turn off the Keurig. Just lift the handle. It turns on automatically. I lift the handle, insert the pod, close handle, select options and hit the big "k". It's pretty fast. The pot turns off automatically. The reservoir is easy to remove and fill. The pot has a smaller footprint then my old model on the counter top. It seems very reliable and well made. Top quality feel. I would say Keurig hit this one out of the park.

I wanted to love this coffee maker but it smells like chemicals every time I use it and the coffee tastes like it too. I've tried rinsing and cleaning it multiple times but unfortunately gave up and went back to my old one.

Very disappointed with Keurig Mfg. I agree with few other people about this coffee maker. The coffee strength setting is on low put in a pod has light roast the brew strength comes out strong. Tried a few times to adjust and same results. Also the coffee has a plastic smell tried 4- 5 rinse cycles cups hot water and get the same smell. Can't use this machine must return it. Had a few Keurigs in the past this is my second return. I can't buy another one. Please Keurig put in better parts. Get a better Q C. Department. Years ago you had a better product.

I was so excited for this new model but disappointed in the performance. I had to return as where you place the pod now has 5 needles and coffee grounds & water were surrounding the pod when I lifted the handle. Coffee grounds in my coffee. It’s a fabulous design and hopefully the technology is improved.

Very slow

I bought this to replace an older model which had worn out. This K-Supreme Plus is so slow making a cup of coffee. I expected it. Should work like the old model and am very dissapointed. For the c cost of this model it is a bad purchase.

We appreciate your review and feedback. The K-Supreme Plus coffee maker will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and strength selected. We hope this is helpful!
