it's brand new, and it will still not work sometimes, out of the blue, for no apparent reason. I lost count of how many Keurigs I've owned and had to replace because of mysterious issues like this. Maybe it's time to start looking for alternatives...

Keurig k supreme smart plus

Will say I like the look of the Keurig, I like how great the coffee taste compared to my last Keurig, but starting having issues with the coffee maker starting with my 2nd cup I made. Was getting error codes 6 & 2 almost with every cup. We called Keurig support who had us try many things to correct it with nothing stopping it. They sent box of coffee similar to what I drink I guess out of courtesy, but I don’t really like that brand, I knew it wasn’t the coffee I was drinking or the pods, but later they just said we are sending you a new coffee maker which they did. I was on google wondering if others had the same issue and came across someone who said once they dropped the temperature down one notch they hadn’t had any more problems, so we did and no problems since with the first coffee maker we purchased. I will keep the one they sent just in case it starts back up again.
Would recommend coffee maker, not sure I would ever use the make my cup of coffee from my bed but coffee maker was a good value.
Other than that coffee taste really good and happy I can brew a much hotter coffee than with my old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Newest Keurig Coffee Maker

I like this coffee maker, takes up less space that my former Keurig machine. Love the pitcher with handle to take up and out for water refills. This pitcher less awkward to handle thus very pleased. I hope this machine lasts longer than 2 years like my last Keurig machine.
