Descaling it until the Keurig descaling for 2 time

I hate this machine! How to turn off descale light on Keurig k supreme plus coffee maker? Holding 8 and 10 oz buttons same time for 3, 5 seconds do not work. Shut it off for 6 days straight, still has descale light on!

Thanks for your review. When you descaled, did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker before starting the process? STEP 1: Prepare the Brewer. Pour the entire bottle of Keurig® Descale Solution into an empty water reservoir. Then, fill the empty bottle with water and pour into the water reservoir. Do not insert a K-Cup® pod. Place a large mug on the drip tray. STEP 2: Descale the Brewer. To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the ADD WATER light illuminates. STEP 3: Fresh Water Rinse. Empty the water reservoir and refill to the MAX fill line with fresh water. When flashing, press the brew button to start the rinsing process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer has now exited Descale Mode and will be ready for use!

Horrible life span

This would be my third replacement in 5 months. I use this machine everyday. The fist completely died on me in 4 months and the second in 1 month and 1 day!!! I refuse to get another replacement! I am truly disappointed. Because this is my first time purchasing a keurig!

Excelent Coffee Maker

I received the K Supreme Plus today with the K Cup Filter and 4 different types of coffee. Everything arrived in good shape. I'm sipping on some pumpkin spice as I type this review. The machine and features seems well laid out, although I'm at a loss in trying to understand why the water reservoir is askew. One of my favorite aspect with this machine is the large removable tank that has a large handle. The tank reservoir is still narrow enough so I can use the filtered water in the fridge which is a big plus for me. The multi flow system seems to work very well with the K Cup Pods. I primarily grind my own beans and I look forward to using the "My K Cup Filter" and I'm hoping the multi flow system will be equally as good as it is with the K Cup Pods. The Brew strength selection is awesome, and works very well. The stainless steal exterior goes well with out kitchen appliances. I know that I just got this coffee maker and it is new, so I would expect it to work fine. I also am looking for reliability. Customer service is also important as well. So I plan to make another review in the future to confirm whether or not any issues that may have popped up and if so, how Keurig deals with me. Thanks for reading my review and God Bless.

Only lasts a couple months

Good coffee but we bought this and it died a couple months after we got it. Figured it was a fluke because we did the cleaning and everything we were supposed to. Bought another one from a different place and it only lasted a couple months also despite being cleaned as recommended. Good coffee for the couple of months it works. The water starts going in the pod then stops , there is not enough pressure to force the brew out of the pod. The bottom is pierced so it is not that

Bought this to replace the same model that failed after 2 years while descaling. We like this model but hopefully this one lasts more than 24 months

A Literal Hot Mess

What a hot mess, literally. I took it out of the box, put in the water, the k-cup, read the directions, and started the brewing process. When I opened the K-cup holder there were grounds everywhere, including in my coffee cup. The multi-flow shredder is the problem. It completely destroys the foil top of the k-cup, the poor thing didn't stand a chance. I can't wait to take this back from where I bought it. It is JUNK!!

This was a replacement for the Keurig Elite. Read reviews wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase another Keurig . I decided to go ahead and purchase the new K Supreme Plus . Many of the reviews mentioned splatter . It does splatter more than my last one but the taste of the coffee is well worth any splatter that I can easily wipe up. This is my 4th Keurig and I must say the best . Best in taste best in ease of use. Keurig has definitely listened to their customers and addressed issues over the years and their machines just get better. I thought I would miss not being able to program my machine to come on at a certain time but I don't . I love just turning it on picking the strength, cup size, and temperature , putting the kcup in closing the lid and it starts to brew right away. and its quieter than any of my old Keurig's. The smell is wonderful and its quick. It turns off until you make your next cup. The machine is great, and I must say Keurig has excellent customer service. I've had my machine almost a month and I look forward to my coffee every day .
