Replaced by two year-old Keurig that stopped working not under warranty This one is the same model, the add water came on, and I added it by filling a reservoir without taking it off the coffee maker just like the old one, but with this one it shut down, I had to take the reservoir off to get it to reset And throw out the coffee pod that only half filled
This is my third Keurig. I love the ease of making coffee. I like the look of the machine. This is my third Keurig because the machines always fail after 2 years, of course out of the warranty time. I never descale my Keurig anymore because my previous 2 Keurig's broke that way, even though I carefully followed the directions. 2 of our children have gone back to regular Mr. Coffee machines after having failed expensive Keurig coffee makers. Hopefully, my new Keurig will be more reliable.

The recent unit I purchased was actually a replacement for a single serve Keurig with multistream technology that was only a year and a half old. it started leaking around the K cup area because the top was not closing all the way, so I don’t know if the heat and the moisture is causing the plastic parts to warp, preventing the top from closing all the way. I just hope this unit lasts longer than a year and a half. If this one fails then I will be looking elsewhere for my coffee making needs.

Beautiful stainless steal look. Matches kitchen appliances perfectly. Great features like coffee strength and temperature. Water reservoir has handle for easy carrying when refilling. Finally just so easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee.

Great versatile coffee machine that brews hot coffee quickly to the strength and amount of coffee from 4 oz to 12 oz. The one thing I don’t like about it is the complex disassembly to reset the thermocouple when the water level in the reservoir gets too low and the machine won’t turn on. I’ve done this 3 times on 3 different machines over the years. There should be a hole in the side panel where you can place a paper clip into it to reset it instead. The machine appears to be completely dead otherwise.
