I’m having issues getting the 12 oz cup to provide 12 oz’s. It likes to turn off after only dispensing about 2/3 oz’s. I must push the button a second time to get the 12oz function to work properly🧐

Works as expected, nice upgrade from our earlier Keurig brewer. Fast heating, sufficient choices of temp, strength and size of cup. Coffee actually tastes better than from our older Keurig brewer.

The reliability of my last one is poor. Warranty is not long enough. It’s like you making them to fail shortly after warranty expires. This could be my last one.

Love this style Keurig. Hoping 3rd time is the charm. This is my 3rd one in 3 years. If this one doesn't last for more than a year and a half, I'm done and going to another brand.
