I love the quality of the cup of coffee but the machine died after two years of service with only one user. I just ordered a second machine and it appears that I received an open box machine. The wrapping was missing, the literature was not in a packet as with other purchases. Most of the tape had been removed from the machine etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recently had an issue with the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve when it began smoking. After a contact to customer service for advice we were immediately advised it would be replaced even tho it was almost 2 years old. It took about two and half weeks but we are happy to report the new one arrived and working great!
I bought this item about 3 weeks ago and have really enjoyed the great cup of coffee that it makes. Love the stainless steel finish and the features that the coffee maker has.

Love, love this K-Supreme plus! I had a basic single serve Keurig before this purchase but a single serve took much longer to brew. Love all the features plus it brews faster and is quieter. Would definitely purchase again!

I have owned several Keurig coffee makers over the years, but this one is the best of the bunch. I love the water tank capacity and the multiple cup size options. The Multistream Technology makes a really fine cup of coffee. The controls are as simple as my original Keurig, but the end results are so much better.

Have been using Keurig coffee makers beginning 2010 and over the fourteen years the best I recall we have had 4 at best guess. The coffee makers have been reliable and have made a good cup of coffee. Each new model has offered new options which have proven useful. The K-Supreme Plus offers 3 user profiles,each storing strength/temp/cup size. Very useful and simple to setup.

We have had this just about 5 days now and are loving it. We had an older (10 Years) Keurig that got quite a bit of use finally start acting up) Some improvements we love. No preheating time required. 3 Programable favorites. Brite easy to see options. It Brews faster. The foot print is smaller for roughly the same unit.
