I contacted Jerick and they replaced the unit with just knowing that I had tested it once or twice to make sure that it is truly broken and they sent out another unit the following day
This is probably the 5th Keurig we have had. The last almost a year - some not that long then just stop making coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE especially when you just get up and need a cup!
Not sure what is going on with the K-Supreme Plus but I've had to replace it 4 times since first purchasing it in 2022. The last replacement only lasted 3 months! Customer Service was a nightmare trying to explain all the different replacement dates and having only on receipt... the "Original" receipt which of course was outdated.
This is a replacement my original one that I purchased had a bad smell, and it makes a coffee taste bad. Keurig was nice enough to send me a new coffee maker, but it also has a smell and the coffee taste bad.
I bought this coffee maker years ago. It broke and I bought another, All have failed to make coffee after a few months or weeks, I believe I have had 5 this year. This not worth the hassle and I have switched brands. Replacement policy is great but too much work. I need my coffee morning without the frustration of not having it work AGAIN
