Recently I had trouble getting my Keurig to proper work. I called Keurig and talked to a very friendly customer service rep who helped me right away. There was no issues with getting the answers and help I needed. She went far beyond what I expected and I am so pleased.
Nothing special. Coffee is not very good. I thought my old Keurig was the reason, but this sleek looking K-Supreme still doesn’t make decent coffee.

This unit replaced a malfunctioning one bought and returned. It works fine with good tasting coffee. I've used Keurig coffee makers for years and would have expected some improvements like a fuse or circuit breaker to reset if overheated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m only giving 2 stars currently. This is my second K-Supreme Plus in less than a month. I got the first one and got it all set up for the next morning and it wouldn’t brew. Then it wouldn’t power on and smelled burnt. Tried to register the machine and that didn’t work either. Tried to call and no one answered, was 4th of July. Got threw and explained I couldn’t register and machine was not working at all. I now know why! The plug on my first one did not have the surge on it! My new one does. I’m sure this is what caused the first one to burn up. I really hope this one works as well as the other 2 brewers I have working now at different locations (office and RV). I can’t recommend this system yet but if it keeps working it will be great if not I will be requesting a refund or a free upgraded model.

I contacted Jerick and they replaced the unit with just knowing that I had tested it once or twice to make sure that it is truly broken and they sent out another unit the following day
This is probably the 5th Keurig we have had. The last almost a year - some not that long then just stop making coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE especially when you just get up and need a cup!
