Two in Two Years

I've had two of these coffee makers. First I purchased second was a warranty replacement. Both failed during cleaning process. On the plus side the adjustable temperature is great. The brew strength adjustment has done make the coffee stronger however one ends up with grounds in your coffee. It's a nice looking coffee maker and the hot coffee is ready quickly. Just be sure you register your brewer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features while it lasted!

Enjoyed this replacement for an older Keurig coffee maker but it quit working during a cleaning cycle; seemed to overheat during the 6th rinse cup and would not turn on again. Not sure that I will replace this one with a Keurig.

Not true to brew size

My K supreme plus brewer brews less than what is chosen. I hit 12 oz button and it consistently brews about 9 oz. Each brew size I choose brews about 2 -3 oz less. I hit 4 oz and it brews about 2. the machine was purchased in July 2022 and is used by one coffee lover. Big disappointment

K Supreme Plus

I've had this for 14 months now. Just past the 1yr limited warranty. It worked great until about 2 weeks ago. The buttons are no longer responding. I can't choose the temperature or strength and it appears to be cycling through the different levels of each. If I want a stronger cup of coffee I have to watch the window & try to hit the brew button at the right moment. I feel like I'm playing Whac-A-Mole with my Keurig.

Recently I had trouble getting my Keurig to proper work. I called Keurig and talked to a very friendly customer service rep who helped me right away. There was no issues with getting the answers and help I needed. She went far beyond what I expected and I am so pleased.
Nothing special. Coffee is not very good. I thought my old Keurig was the reason, but this sleek looking K-Supreme still doesn’t make decent coffee.

This unit replaced a malfunctioning one bought and returned. It works fine with good tasting coffee. I've used Keurig coffee makers for years and would have expected some improvements like a fuse or circuit breaker to reset if overheated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m only giving 2 stars currently. This is my second K-Supreme Plus in less than a month. I got the first one and got it all set up for the next morning and it wouldn’t brew. Then it wouldn’t power on and smelled burnt. Tried to register the machine and that didn’t work either. Tried to call and no one answered, was 4th of July. Got threw and explained I couldn’t register and machine was not working at all. I now know why! The plug on my first one did not have the surge on it! My new one does. I’m sure this is what caused the first one to burn up. I really hope this one works as well as the other 2 brewers I have working now at different locations (office and RV). I can’t recommend this system yet but if it keeps working it will be great if not I will be requesting a refund or a free upgraded model.
