I bought this about a month ago to replace my first Keurig that I bought in 2015. I love that this model has a smaller footprint, holds more water than my old one, can be programmed for your perfect cup of coffee with brewing temperature and strength options. Just perfect!
My smart brewer lasted 14 months, hope this one lasts longer

Disappointing machine

The replacement after the initial machine stopped working after a few months has now started having issues. The first one purchased in 2021 and the replacement in October 2021. So now I am past the 1 year mark and therefore no warranty. I don’t plan to purchase a 3rd machine and will replace it with something else. Very frustrated customer.

had for a little less than a year...when it stopped.. i just called customer service and they were very quick to resolve my problem...not too many companies even give a "hoot" so guess what brand I will continue to purchase and will also recommend to others...thank you again..suzanne
I’ve had this two weeks and used the vinegar trick and descaled and nothing works. Every cup tastes like plastic
