I bought the Keurig K supreme plus about 10 days ago. It makes the best coffee I’ve had with any Keurig. It’s very easy to use. I haven’t had a chance to use all the features yet but I couldn’t be happier.
I killed my earlier K-Supreme by accident. But I thought I may as well step up to the Plus model. I wish I could say it is a big improvement, but it's not. The water bin is bigger which is nice, but it's a little awkward to place onto the machine as it kind of has to fit around a corner. The older one was much easier.
The machine is somewhat louder but not unusual for a Keurig. I'm not impressed with the memory buttons as they seem to override the middle settings now. I would prefer the middle settings to be the default allowing the size of the drink to be chosen each time. It is nice when you can choose the memory setting and the size is chosen for you as well but the temp and strength settings don't seem to be consistent. Another problem is the settings display is very difficult to see as it is dim and flat, not angled towards the viewer.
Oh well, maybe you can figure it out.
I think the more they add with software design, the more difficult it is to work with. I should have stayed with a replacement for the original one I bought.
I bought this about a month ago to replace my first Keurig that I bought in 2015. I love that this model has a smaller footprint, holds more water than my old one, can be programmed for your perfect cup of coffee with brewing temperature and strength options. Just perfect!
My smart brewer lasted 14 months, hope this one lasts longer

Disappointing machine

The replacement after the initial machine stopped working after a few months has now started having issues. The first one purchased in 2021 and the replacement in October 2021. So now I am past the 1 year mark and therefore no warranty. I don’t plan to purchase a 3rd machine and will replace it with something else. Very frustrated customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
