My Keurig was a gift from my daughter. When the "Descale" message flashed, I bought a kit and followed the instructions. "After 30 minutes, power on." It didn't. I called support. The lady was very helpful and nice...she deserves a raise! She emailed instructions on how to get a replacement. In short, I got a new Keurig in 5 days! No stressful hassle! Just hoping it doesn't break again after descaling. Thanks Keurig!

So easy to get started in the morning! A) slip a pod in the Keurig, B) pick 8 oz to fill my ember mug, preset at the correct brew temperature, C) add half & half. Perfect coffee before I’m fully awake - Ember keeps perfect Keurig temperature long after I’m fully awake…

I bought the Keurig K supreme plus about 10 days ago. It makes the best coffee I’ve had with any Keurig. It’s very easy to use. I haven’t had a chance to use all the features yet but I couldn’t be happier.

Good Brewer But Maybe a Little Too Fancy

I killed my earlier K-Supreme by accident. But I thought I may as well step up to the Plus model. I wish I could say it is a big improvement, but it's not. The water bin is bigger which is nice, but it's a little awkward to place onto the machine as it kind of has to fit around a corner. The older one was much easier.
The machine is somewhat louder but not unusual for a Keurig. I'm not impressed with the memory buttons as they seem to override the middle settings now. I would prefer the middle settings to be the default allowing the size of the drink to be chosen each time. It is nice when you can choose the memory setting and the size is chosen for you as well but the temp and strength settings don't seem to be consistent. Another problem is the settings display is very difficult to see as it is dim and flat, not angled towards the viewer.
Oh well, maybe you can figure it out.
I think the more they add with software design, the more difficult it is to work with. I should have stayed with a replacement for the original one I bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
