warning: grumpy when writing this review bc I haven't had my cup of coffee due to the Keurig not working... AGAIN. This is our 2nd version of this device and they both broke within 2 months of owning. Don't bother buying this unless you like a cup of disappointment in the morning ;(

On our third brewer. This brewer has issues.

On our third brewer. This brewer has issues. I have had Keurig brewers for several years and this one is by far the worse. I have already had it replaced 2 times and I am skeptical this third one will work. I only drink one cup of coffee so this brewer is primarily used for just hot water for like tea where we have tea bags. After about 2 months the brewer stops working and doesn't brew a full cup. Looking at the reviews Keurig has to be aware of this and needs to replace this brewer with another for customers and stop selling this model!! This model is very expensive on top of that. Keurig go back to the drawing board this brewer does not work!!

Product died after 8 months of use

I have been a fan of Keurig from their beginning and have owned 3 different machines. Purchased the K-Supreme Plus in October 2020…..On June 8, 2021 after performing the “descaling” procedure, the machine would not power on….it is completely dead! I Do NOT recommend this product as my other machines did not have this descaling feature

Machine does not last even 6 months

This model has some kind of defect where it doe not even last 6 months. For the price customers are paying for these machine it is very disappointing to know that they do not last even a year. With all of the complaints I am seeing regarding this same issue on this website, Youtube and other sites you would think they would resolve this issue before selling these again. And the customer is not allowed to change the model. Very disappointing.

Works Great but Only A Limited Time

I've had two of these die now, first one lasted a month, second one lasted a couple of months. Always starts the same, the liquid amounts get less and less, and eventually the part won't turn on anymore. We typically use twice a day, a couple of weekends a month we have company and it gets used 6-10 times those days. Still pretty light usage overall. Waste of money.

Doesn't work very long

I have had this coffee maker three months, making 3 cups of coffee per day and today it quit. Customer service was very friendly and is shipping a new one to me, but from the other reviews I read, several customers are on their 2nd and 3rd coffee makers. The older models lasted so much longer. I love the new feature of this one, not having to wait for the water to heat, but I would settle for one that works.

I'm on my fourth K-Supreme Plus

I'm now on my fourth K-Supreme Plus. These coffee machines just keep on failing. The first was an electrical issue, the second developed a bad motor and now this third one just stopped working and I detected an electrical burn odor. I just called support and they're sending me a fourth model. This is getting ridiculous. I pulled a old K-Mini out of my closet, cleaned it up and it worked perfectly! Based on my history the K-Supreme is super unreliable. I recommend you get something else.

Has never worked

Im thinking I may have got a faulty machine. but its never really worked. it constantly tells me to descale, even though I've descaled it about 15 times in the 1 week ive had it. every time it brews little to nothing comes out, just a few dribbles. ive watched every youtube video on how to set it up/ fix it and nothing seems to work. if none of that happened im sure id love it but right now its a headache.
