Not happy poorer quality than the one I sent back! Reservoir doesn't fit correctly filter does not fit correctly very poor quality then the one I had 1 I had.
I have been enjoying my new pot for the past month, I am definitely impressed with the speed and heat of the coffee it makes. It is almost twice as fast as my old pot.
My K-Supreme Plus coffee maker went on the blink after I tried to descale it. I called customer service and without any hassle or resistance I received a new replacement within 5days. I am so happy with my new coffee maker. Thank you Keurig.
This is the fourth Keurig unit I've had in two years. Granted it makes a decent cup of coffee. However, each unit has lasted for only about 6 months. Once the descale warning light starts flashing it remains on even after cleaning and then the unit breaks shortly thereafter. This feature is useless. Instead it should say 'Failure Pending'. This will be my last Keurig unit received under warranty as a replacement when it breaks in six months time.
