This K-Supreme Plus is my 7th Keurig since they first came out, and all have been reliable. (I typically upgrade as new features come out - only one wore out over the years.) Very pleased with this Keurig, performance and features. The previous makers (particularly the K-select and the previous ‘pelican bill’ designs where your drop the pod in) were very hard to clean. I use a My K-cup, and the splatter inside the bottom of the hopper would be a real problem. I’d flush it with hot water, but the are many nooks and crannies where dried coffee would linger - and it’s hard to reach. This coffee maker is easy to clean and doesn’t have the problem at all. This machine also impresses me that it doesn’t need to ‘warm up’ the way the previous machines needed to - pop in a pod or My K-cup … and it’s ready to brew when you close the hopper. The pre-sets are useful, the reservoir is quite a bit larger, and the speed when brewing a strong, max hot 12-ounce cup is acceptable. The best Keurig yet.

I've only had this for a few weeks, but I love the taste of the coffee. My English husband says it makes better hot tea than he can make (Twinings English Breakfast). I'm excited to try different coffees and find all my favorites (Green Mountain Southern Pecan is outstanding). The multistream technology produces an outstanding cup of your favorite beverage. My only negative is the price. But I've enjoyed it so, it's almost worth it. It puts a little sunshine in my life. :)

I bought a K Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker about a month ago and two weeks after I bought it is stopped working; would shut off completely. I called the phone number offered by Keurig in the pamphlet that came in the box and immediately diagnosed the problem and said we will mail you a new coffee maker. All I had to do is send them a few pictures of which I did. The next day the new coffee maker was in the mail and I received it a few days later. Amazing customer service support that I completely did not expect. I am on my way to being a customer for life.

Good machine,strong button is of no use,had to put an o-ring onder eco pads to get it to brew coffee not hot water.It's about 3 months old.

Add Water Message

For those of you that have the Add Water message, which makes the unit totally inoperable, suggest that if you can get the Add Water message to reset or if you get a new water container that you do not, ever, remove the water container. I'm working on my second K-Supreme Plus C unit and my 3rd water container and by not taking out the water container it has worked fine. At least for the last 2 weeks. Keurig has a real quality control problem with almost 30% of the Reviews are 1 or 2 Stars. Not good.
