Over the past 10 years I have had Keurig machines that I was and still am in love with. These others are at your vacation home and still work beautifully today. Unfortunately, this model is discontinued so I could not purchase another for my home. I am sorely disappointed in the K- Supreme. No one drinks coffee in my home but me and I religiously service my machines and alas they just stop working. I made certain that I registered this new replacement as I am just waiting for it to croak. I know 3 ladies that have had nothing but problems from their K-Supreme as well. I am not impressed with this model At All.
My third K-Supreme Plus died on a little more than a year. My fourth is due this week. However their warranty is fine and the company keeps replacing the unit at no cost. I wish they could get their act together and fix an obvious defect, because it does make a nice cup of coffee.
We replaced our old Keurig coffee maker with this newer model. Love the convenience of the water dispenser and the newer sizes and features. It is slimmer and more modern.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Since I don't have to go get coffee anymore I'm drinking more coffee, this machine is great, very flavorful coffee. The multi stream technology makes a difference in flavor from my last Keurig.

This was my third replacement for a total of 4 coffee makers. 3 of them were K supreme plus smart I die greater to a not smart one, and I can’t believe the same issue occurred to add water to a full water tank , I don’t know how to get my money back

We have bought this machine and we have been through three units by now. We still having problems. The first one that we actually bought had the opening that opens freeze shut on us. Then the replacement comes in, gets stuck in descale mode. The second unit didn't brew a full selected amount either. Our logic behind these two issues is, the filter. "DO NOT" use the filter at all. The second replacement comes, our third unit, and now it doesn't puncture any k-pod properly at all. We are contacting Keurig yet again about this issue with this brewer and this time its about the multi-stream puncturing system. wishing and hoping for the best. Good luck with yours. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS BREWER!

Stopped working again!

This is the second coffee maker of this type that stopped working after a few months. It worked perfectly up to that point. We do not use it everyday. When we do we make 2 cups.
