Very convenient

Since I don't have to go get coffee anymore I'm drinking more coffee, this machine is great, very flavorful coffee. The multi stream technology makes a difference in flavor from my last Keurig.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was my third replacement for a total of 4 coffee makers. 3 of them were K supreme plus smart I die greater to a not smart one, and I can’t believe the same issue occurred to add water to a full water tank , I don’t know how to get my money back

We have bought this machine and we have been through three units by now. We still having problems. The first one that we actually bought had the opening that opens freeze shut on us. Then the replacement comes in, gets stuck in descale mode. The second unit didn't brew a full selected amount either. Our logic behind these two issues is, the filter. "DO NOT" use the filter at all. The second replacement comes, our third unit, and now it doesn't puncture any k-pod properly at all. We are contacting Keurig yet again about this issue with this brewer and this time its about the multi-stream puncturing system. wishing and hoping for the best. Good luck with yours. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS BREWER!

Stopped working again!

This is the second coffee maker of this type that stopped working after a few months. It worked perfectly up to that point. We do not use it everyday. When we do we make 2 cups.

Terrific brewer

This K-Supreme Plus is my 7th Keurig since they first came out, and all have been reliable. (I typically upgrade as new features come out - only one wore out over the years.) Very pleased with this Keurig, performance and features. The previous makers (particularly the K-select and the previous ‘pelican bill’ designs where your drop the pod in) were very hard to clean. I use a My K-cup, and the splatter inside the bottom of the hopper would be a real problem. I’d flush it with hot water, but the are many nooks and crannies where dried coffee would linger - and it’s hard to reach. This coffee maker is easy to clean and doesn’t have the problem at all. This machine also impresses me that it doesn’t need to ‘warm up’ the way the previous machines needed to - pop in a pod or My K-cup … and it’s ready to brew when you close the hopper. The pre-sets are useful, the reservoir is quite a bit larger, and the speed when brewing a strong, max hot 12-ounce cup is acceptable. The best Keurig yet.

I've only had this for a few weeks, but I love the taste of the coffee. My English husband says it makes better hot tea than he can make (Twinings English Breakfast). I'm excited to try different coffees and find all my favorites (Green Mountain Southern Pecan is outstanding). The multistream technology produces an outstanding cup of your favorite beverage. My only negative is the price. But I've enjoyed it so, it's almost worth it. It puts a little sunshine in my life. :)
