Poor Quality

Poorly made and unreliable. I have purchased 5 of these over the past 2 years and only one still works. Gets stuck in Descale cycle and blows the thermostat.

I am enjoying my new Kuerig Supreme Plus coffee maker. I updated an older 7+ Keurig, was starting to have an issue. I love the handle on the reservoir, the many choices of cup size, plus the smaller footprint, more space on counter!

I just bought this about a week ago. But. The coffee and mainly the tea has a funny plastic taste. Washed reservoir many times even used baking soda and can’t get rid of this. Coffee is better but tea is still bad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed

Just bought this machine after another kerig died on us after a few good years. This machine is very good looking but it ends there. Brew it on strong mode,4 oz and it tastes like water. Last kerig machine was the very good. Maybe kerig is focusing on making a pretty machine over a functioning one

Received as a bday gift 9 months ago. It quit work on Mother’s Day. Not a great first experience owning a Keurig. Definitely won’t buy one.
