I bought the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker for my daughter. She has a lovely apartment and uses her new K-Supreme to make her Swiss Miss K-cup hot cocoa every day. And she has many flavored K-cups for her company when entertaining. She loves how easy it is to operate with the customizable settings, and her hot cocoa is always hot and delicious.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this coffee maker a few months ago with very high hopes. I love flavored coffee so I figured the multi stream technology will make the flavors a little stronger which it did. I love the hotter setting as well. The problem is, it just stops working. It said to descale it after a month, which I did 2 times. I still says descale and no matter what I do, that won’t go away. It brews incredibly slow and stops working. It totally freezes and I constantly have to unplug and replug it in. My husband is ready to ditch it and go back to our old one. Anyone have any ideas. Can I send it back?

Big improvement over earlier models. Heats faster and hotter, easier to adjust strength and amount. Also much sleeker looking overall.

Poorly made and unreliable. I have purchased 5 of these over the past 2 years and only one still works. Gets stuck in Descale cycle and blows the thermostat.
I am enjoying my new Kuerig Supreme Plus coffee maker. I updated an older 7+ Keurig, was starting to have an issue. I love the handle on the reservoir, the many choices of cup size, plus the smaller footprint, more space on counter!

I just bought this about a week ago. But. The coffee and mainly the tea has a funny plastic taste. Washed reservoir many times even used baking soda and can’t get rid of this. Coffee is better but tea is still bad.
