I purchased K-Supreme Plus in August. About a month ago it started brewing, and all of a sudden it shut off, and would not go back on. I called Keurig for and idea of what to do about turning it back on. The representative asked me to try a few things. None worked. All I had to do is take a picture of the coffee maker itself, and the serial number, to get another K-Supreme Plus. It arrived in three days. I do hope this one lasts like my previous one
I bought my Keurig 6 months ago but when it suddenly quit working I called customer service and they replaced it without a hassle. Love great customer service!!!
Replaced an older keurig machine with this one. It works great and seems to be faster at brewing. I like the handle on the water tank as it makes it easier to fill. Would recommend this model to anyone looking for a new brewer.

This coffee maker is excellent. Our Classic, which was great, finally wore out, and we liked the idea of the five streams in this one. It did not disappoint. Better coffee!

Universal Reusable K-Cup

So far, I think we will love our K-Supreme Plus brewer. But for users who prefer to use their own coffee and will be using a K-Cup, the Universal Filter comes with a brewer adapter attached to the filter holder. Remove it after removing the sticker by pushing down on the adapter. You will not need it for this brewer. A little more info should be given in the Use & Care Guide.

Love the new look of this Keurig. It take up less space on the counter. The only negative is it splatters a little when going in mug But, over all we love it! My husband says the coffee tastes better
