This day I bought the K Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker, I called Keurig customer service because of a problem with it. They walked through the operation of the machine with me and decided it was defective. I received a replacement within 4 days. What a great experience! I was so impressed with their commitment to stand behind their product! This is a great machine! I love the new technology of more punctures in the k-cup for fuller flavor. And you can program your preference of strength, heat and cup size for up to 3 users. I was so happy.with it that I bought one for my sister!
I purchased this about 3 to 4 weeks ago and I'm glad I did! Plus I did need another keurig and was watching TV and the commercial came on about this very one; before I had purchased this one. I looked it up online to see what features it had and what all the features did. Then I purchased one online and received it pretty quickly! The only thing that I didn't like about this Keurig K-supreme Plus is when I want to make Hot Chocolate; I have to run it without a pod 3 times before I can get clear water without having coffee grounds in the water. Before I start to do this after I take the pod out; I wipe it out at the top and where the pod usually goes in before I start the 8oz. water, therefore wasting 16oz. of water in the reservoir.
easy setup and use for an elderly mother that only drinks one or two cups a day

Wonderful coffee maker, versatile

This is my second k Supreme plus in 2 months. The first one I bought Oct 31 2021 it literally blew up the day before Christmas. I received the replacement from Keurig on 28 Dec. If it continues to work I'd rate it 5 stars.
I bought this for tea and hot chocolate. We have another Keurig but not being a coffee drinker, I can taste the coffee in anything I prepare no matter how much I crawled beforehand. So this is perfect for me and the coffee drinkers won’t hear any more complaints from me.

I loved Keurig products till now.I purchased the K-Supreme Plus,.on the lowest strength setting tasted like it was on the strongest..hate strong coffee and this sooo horrible that it is going back.VERY disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
