Major Defects!

I love the features of the K Supreme Plus. So much so I bought a new one after the first one I had for about 6 months shut off mid brew and wouldnt turn back on. This morning, less than two months of one cup per day brewing, the second K Supreme Plus died. I assume that there is a major flaw in the circut board or with an interal thermal fuse of some sort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing!

I bought the Keurig-K Supreme Plus on Nov. 27, 2020. I really liked the large reservoir with the handle. I used it Dec. and because I was ill Jan. and half of Feb(can't drink coffee when ill) only used it half of Feb. until March 6th when it just stopped working completely. It absolutely died. I only got a month and a half use out of it. I really love the Keurig concept but their coffeemakers are no longer dependable. I had problems with the last one which was the Keurig Elite. It peed all over my counter whenever it felt like it. My first Keurig was the B-60 and it worked faithfully for several years. I loved it!
I will have to say that Keurig's customer service is very good. I just wish I could say the same for their coffeemakers.

I am on my third unit of the Supreme Plus. Now they want me to chose a different model and I have been waiting for 5 days to hear back from someone at the HDQ to call me back.

Defective

warning: grumpy when writing this review bc I haven't had my cup of coffee due to the Keurig not working... AGAIN. This is our 2nd version of this device and they both broke within 2 months of owning. Don't bother buying this unless you like a cup of disappointment in the morning ;(

I have had Keurig brewers for several years and this one is by far the worse. I have already had it replaced 2 times and I am skeptical this third one will work. I only drink one cup of coffee so this brewer is primarily used for just hot water for like tea where we have tea bags. After about 2 months the brewer stops working and doesn't brew a full cup. Looking at the reviews Keurig has to be aware of this and needs to replace this brewer with another for customers and stop selling this model!! This model is very expensive on top of that. Keurig go back to the drawing board this brewer does not work!!

Product died after 8 months of use

I have been a fan of Keurig from their beginning and have owned 3 different machines. Purchased the K-Supreme Plus in October 2020…..On June 8, 2021 after performing the “descaling” procedure, the machine would not power on….it is completely dead! I Do NOT recommend this product as my other machines did not have this descaling feature

Machine does not last even 6 months

This model has some kind of defect where it doe not even last 6 months. For the price customers are paying for these machine it is very disappointing to know that they do not last even a year. With all of the complaints I am seeing regarding this same issue on this website, Youtube and other sites you would think they would resolve this issue before selling these again. And the customer is not allowed to change the model. Very disappointing.
