Got this about 2 weeks ago, love the coffee in my cup. But, its so slow and it shuts off after each cup rather than preheating for the next cup. Would i buy it again, no. I am disappointed.

No instructions on how to use the water filter that came with the machine. The sticker that is in the My K-cup is impossible to get off.
This is my 3rd Keurig. It’s faster, quieter, and easier that my other machines. So glad I updated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the Supreme plus brewer in January 2021 and used filtered water and descaled as indicated - today it quit. Light won’t even come on. Tried a different outlet, no luck. I was going to buy a replacement until I saw all the reviews from people with the same problem!! Guess I’ll be investigating other options. It’s a shame really, I love these brewers and have used them and gifted them for many years. No more.

I bought this to replace my old Keurig, Love the smaller design and he fill tank is so much better than my older Keurig. I love the ability to pick multiple sizes my old one would only allow me 4-6-10 oz this one cover them all. It also allows me to fill travel cups. Love the new brew technology and capability to make stronger coffee, never thought the my old Keurig made a good cup of coffee. My daughter likes the Ice coffee feature. The overall design and features was definitely worth the upgrade.
After 10+ years of loving our previous keurig it was slowly down and we decided to buy the newest model with 5 streams filtering through the kcup. It also has selections for cup oz. Strength and temperature. We love it. The coffee is better richer and ready to drink. Plus the water tank is much larger and easier to fill. Buy one!
We are very satisfied with our new K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. After having a few Keurig coffee makers previously, we had no reservations on trying this new one. This plus model serves our needs very well, as we did not desire the Smart model. The new presets are nice improvements. So far we are very pleased with the Plus model.
