Great water reservoir design

Best water reservoir design to date, so easy to fill. Thanks Keurig you got that one right. Top controls are easy to use. We like the new "jaw" design better also (jaw doesn't drop but lid lifts up). Had this machine since April 2021 and so far not a single plug-up in the water needle.
Still, we give only two stars for several reasons:
The max temperature is just not hot enough. (We hoped for "just off the boil" 210F but it's much much lower.)
We still get grounds in the cup from time to time. This with Keurig's own Green Mountain brand, as well as others such as Caribou and Donut Shop. This in turn leads to grounds added to hot water dispensing. Unless you want to disassemble and clean first before getting hot water, don't bother with this. (We use an electric kettle. And it produces boiling water.)
There is no true "off" switch. It is heating water all the time. We use it first thing in the morning and perhaps in the early evening. So we unplug it between uses, a PITA.

K Supreme Plus Single Serve

I purchased this coffeemaker because I was down sizing. I needed a smaller model. I LOVE IT!! I love the brewing options. I also love the silent brewing cycle.

This brewer takes much longer to brew than previous Keurig's we've owned.
Over two minutes for a 10 oz. cup of coffee. Our older Keurig's did it in 30-35 seconds.

Love the compact footprint style

I purchased and received yesterday. LOVE IT. Very sleek and not cumbersome with taking up a lot of space on my counter. I love the customization on the sizes, strength and temps as well. I have been a Kuerig user for many years. Replaced my Elite model with this one. In fact, taking my Elite for us to use at work. Again, I can’t get over the size and it brews just as good and hot as the Elite model, only it is quieter and quicker along with the 5 pins vs the one. I do wish though there was a splatter guard because it still will splatter on the counter when brewing into the cup. Other than that, highly recommend. I had thought about getting the Smart one, but I got this at a great price. I wish it had a clock on it, but wasn’t a deal breaker on the purchase. And I also like how it automatically turns on and shuts off in 5 minutes after brewing. All in all this is a great brewer and I am glad I upgraded to it. You will not be disappointed. I haven’t tried the ice function yet, but if it is as good as it is on the Elite, then we are fine. I am sure it will be great.

We love to make coffee in K supreme, but can't find a reusable coffee filter. The new design my k-cup filter by keurig does not fit this maker.
