Excellent brew unit. Coffee tastes so much better - must be the multi-stream technology. Would highly recommend to others. Plus, the sleek appearance is much more appealing as it sits on the counter.
This my 3rd Keurig! I absolutely love it. The coffee is so flavorful with the new features. Thanks for helping me get my old one working again. My great granddaughter has become the proud owner of the old one.

Almost Great...

I have always given Keurig coffee makers 5 stars. Not quite this time. K-Supreme Plus produces excellent coffee (the most important criterion). However, I found 2 concerns. First it does splash - I didn't reduce one star for this as it might not be avoidable. Second, and the reason for a 1 star reduction: the tremendously popular Ember travel mug does not fit in the coffee maker. The coffee for the Ember mug must be first made in a large cup and then transfered to the Ember mug. C'mon design engineers - you can do better! My previous Keurig (now replacing after over 9 years use) does fit the Ember travel mug.
This is my 4th Keurig machine and this is by far the best. The multi-brew technology makes a big difference in the taste of the coffee! The water reservoir with the handle and the compact size make this a coffee brewer I would highly recommend

Great coffee when it works

We upgraded from a keurig we’d had for awhile last November to this one. Left for Florida and came home in April. Machine worked great for couple weeks and then just stopped. After many weeks of dealing with customer service they sent us a new one. This one lasted about a month and then today after making 2 cups of coffee it just stopped working. After many many years of using Keurigs this may be our last one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
