I'm really disappointed with this purchase. The temperature of the coffee is not hot enough, even after using the temperature feature to the hottest cup. The strength isn't as strong as it was with my single use Keurig, even when using the strength feature to the strongest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I want to love this

At the 3 month mark the descale notification came on. No problem, I added the solution and spent a hour running it through the steps...descale is still on. Repeat all of the steps...still on. Spend almost a week doing this through out the day...descale is still on. I descale the darn thing once a week and the notification never goes. I really wanted to love it but it's a pain in the butt.

Thanks for your review. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. If you did follow this process and the descale light is still one, our Customer Service team would love to assist. Problem with order

I received my Supreme Plus Coffee maker but my instructions were not written in English. I cannot install the filter system. The coffee maker is great and since I am a long time user of Keurig coffee maker I have been able to make coffee and ice tea and am very pleased with the product. Please send me the proper instructions

Not happy

I bought this for my mom for Christmas and it lasted maybe three months. She loved it at first, but then the brewing sizes got smaller and smaller. We have cleaned it well several times and it works for a day or two then right back to brewing 1/3 of what it’s supposed to. Not happy at all.

Keurig is headed in the right direction with this design. The reservoir is much easier to handle, fill, and replace than earlier models. The hinged lid with simple drop in design for the K-Cup is also easier to manage. Turning "on" automatically when the lid is opened is appreciated. The five water spouts occasionally push some grounds out the top, that concept needs more thought. When the brewer is "off" it is still keeping water heated, I'd like a true on/off switch to save energy when not in use, instead I have to unplug the brewer.

Descaling a problem

I have had this machine for about 6 months. I like that is makes larger cups of coffee and iced coffee. What I do not like at all is the descaling that needs to be performed monthly. The descaling solution is costly and despite following the online instructions to a tee, my efforts (which took hours) have not been successful.

I have only had this brewer for about 3 weeks. I have been amazed at how much better the coffee is compared to our old Keurig. This is using the same brand of coffee.
