I bought this 2 weeks ago, 5th Keurig I have bought and I like the water temperature adjustment the best!! It makes a steaming cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa.

I'm in LOVE with this new Keurig! No need to wait for the water to heat, EXTRA large water reservoir, favorites settings for different users, and I love a strong cup of coffee, and I do believe the additional prongs that were added definitely gives me what I'm looking for in each cup! Oh! And bonus...the Brew Over Ice Button has become our new afternoon favorite!

Hard to know if the coffee cup is actually brewing

Not happy. Buttons do not always start the brewing. I can not find a manual. There is no difference over earlier models

Great while it lasts!

Loved this machine until it crashed this morning after having it for a little over a year. My husband got up this morning and was about to brew his 1-cup of coffee per day and the coffeemaker gave a loud grunt and quit working. Luckily we had an older Keurig and he reinstated it and we had our coffee. I will buy a new one but not happy with the longevity of this maker.

This is good. However, with covid thought it would be better to buy a Keurig K-Plus Supreme instead. The coffee comes out so delicious and flavorful. We are happy with this purchase.

We purchased this coffeemaker because the one in our RV just stopped working. When this coffeemaker makes a cup it has 5 hole punches so the water goes into the pod and makes a much better cup of coffee. We now look forward to going camping to use the new coffemaker.
