We bought one in Dec 2020 a month later no power they shipped us a new one under warranty. That one wouldn't even brew a cup had to call and get another one, it lasted 45 days and just died this am, I think this unit style is flawed. We will try another style of Keurig.

Just get the K-Supreme. The plus does the same as the Supreme and the Supreme Plus cost way more. It doesn't get that hot when you use refrigerated creamer.

because of the ability to control temperature ... Nope , i was surprised my 12 oz cup use the highest temperature was the same as the 6 oz at the lowest temperature ....So i pulled out a liquid thermometer ...and test all the different cup sizes and various temp options and the all read roughly the same temp between 160-167...
The highest temp according to Kuerig is supposed to be 189 degrees Fahrenheit ...
That really is a huge difference....

Thank you for your review and feedback. The K Supreme Plus has three temperature settings determined by the cup size selected. The in cup temperature on the smallest brew size can start at 160 and go to 172 degrees on the largest cup size.
I originally had the K2.0 machine. The multi-stream feature is a nice upgrade as is the ability to save presets. I love the larger reservoir with a handle which makes refilling considerably easier. The only downside (& the reason for 4 star instead of 5) is that the platform under the drip catcher is not removable so using a 20oz mug requires making the brew twice in a smaller mug. With the 2.0 I removed the drip catcher and set the machine on the K-Cup holder which gave enough height to set the 20oz mug under it.
Finally, I have coffee that doesn't taste like sludge. No matter how much you clean the old pot with vinegar it's still tastes nasty. I don't WHY I waited so long to get one.
I have owned 5 Keurig K cup brewers - This one is superior to all - excellent features and very quick. The only improvement I would suggest is a 16 ounce cup selection on the menu.
Sometimes, even if you set it for the hottest water, the water does not come out hot.
