My Keurig 2.0 started acting up so I decided to upgrade to the K supreme plus. So glad I did! Love the no wait time for brewing and the multi stream technology is amazing!
Love new sleek design. Looks more updated. So much easier to fill the water reservoir with the handle. Like how we don’t have to wait for it to warm up in morning
I absolutely LOVE this machine. It has every feature needed. I love the memory so I don't have to hit a bunch of buttons every morning. My coffee tastes amazing, I'm getting full flavor and it is glorious. I think my favorite feature is when you pop a pod in, the machine wakes up. Then it goes ahead a brews, there really isn't a wait time to heat up the water and then the machine turns off after 5 minutes. I ALWAYS forgot to turn my last one off. I do wish the over ice bjtton brewed different sizes, but it is still great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought one in Dec 2020 a month later no power they shipped us a new one under warranty. That one wouldn't even brew a cup had to call and get another one, it lasted 45 days and just died this am, I think this unit style is flawed. We will try another style of Keurig.

Oh no! We don't like the sound of that. We would suggest that you get in touch with our Customer Care team about this. They can be reached at 866-901-2739 and will be happy to help.
Just get the K-Supreme. The plus does the same as the Supreme and the Supreme Plus cost way more. It doesn't get that hot when you use refrigerated creamer.

because of the ability to control temperature ... Nope , i was surprised my 12 oz cup use the highest temperature was the same as the 6 oz at the lowest temperature ....So i pulled out a liquid thermometer ...and test all the different cup sizes and various temp options and the all read roughly the same temp between 160-167...
The highest temp according to Kuerig is supposed to be 189 degrees Fahrenheit ...
That really is a huge difference....

Thank you for your review and feedback. The K Supreme Plus has three temperature settings determined by the cup size selected. The in cup temperature on the smallest brew size can start at 160 and go to 172 degrees on the largest cup size.
I originally had the K2.0 machine. The multi-stream feature is a nice upgrade as is the ability to save presets. I love the larger reservoir with a handle which makes refilling considerably easier. The only downside (& the reason for 4 star instead of 5) is that the platform under the drip catcher is not removable so using a 20oz mug requires making the brew twice in a smaller mug. With the 2.0 I removed the drip catcher and set the machine on the K-Cup holder which gave enough height to set the 20oz mug under it.
