Great before i unintentionally broke it

I loved this Keurig but I caused a problem with the coffee maker by lifting the water reservoir while I was running a brew cycle. Please don’t lift up the water reservoir it caused it to malfunction I only got to use it about 2 months before I broke it. It
The K-Supreme Plus would have gotten 5 stars except their is no discernable difference in temperature between "Middle" and "High", and the "High" is on the cusp of not being hot enough. When I add a small amount of cream, I have to then nuke it in the microwave for 10 seconds to get a reasonable temperature. Also, the first cup brewed is not as hot as the 2nd cup brewed, so in spite of its instant heating, it doesn't quite heat up enough until you brew a first cup. Sometimes I run 4 oz, through as just water to get the temp up, but I still need the microwave. Otherwise, very convenient with nice features.

Changing Kcups

I wanted this new model because of being able to choose larger cup sizes and iced coffee feature. What I don't like is the fact I have to take the pod holder out to use reusable "My K Cup" and put it back in to use a regular pod. The worst was when it came time to "de-scale". My old Keurig use to let me skip when I didn't have time. This machine did not, I had to stand there for 20 minutes emptying the cups one after another until it was done at 4:30am.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

Does NOT offer what it says. Very disappointed. Coffee not any hotter than my previous Keurig regardless of what temp setting you put it on. I returned my first k-supreme plus thinking it was defective. 2nd brewer NOT any hotter! Now I’m receiving a message “descale” with no reference at all in the manual.

I like the new sleek design. The strength and temperature selectors work great. I miss the clock, but I would still recommend.

Burnt out in 3 months

Not as good as advertised

I am on my second coffee maker. The brewing is so slow. Also, after desalination with keurig descale solutions, the descale reminder never goes away! A technological coffee misfit. Yes, both machines were/are lemons.
