I'm a long time Kerig customer. When my old brewer failed, I upgraded to 2.0 and really loved it. But, after 3 months, when 'Descale' display started blinking, I did descaling with Keurig Descale solution per instructions. But, the brewer shut itself down completely towards the end of the process. This happened twice and both times Keurig sent me replacement right away. This time, I've also send back my brewer that failed during descale process for troubleshooting/investigation.
Overall I love Keurig coffee and it was a smooth replacement process overall. But, twice within a year has spooked me a bit. If the same happens during next descale, guess I need to shop out. If not for the failures and replacements, I would give 5* for the coffee.
Bought product-however less than 1 year old it broke down while I was descaling it. Contacted company, easiest warranty process. Within a week I had new replacement product at my house. Hope this one lasts more than a year though.
I enjoy this coffee maker The problem is it’s our third one because they don’t last. The first one died just after the warranty expired the second one died within the warranty. So this is the third the second one I had to buy.
