Good coffee?? NOOOO

Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea all had a very bad taste. Why? because the water comes through the machine with a very bad taste. I looked up the problem, and it seems many have experienced the same issue, and it was suggested to run lots of water (some added vinegar, but I did not) through the machine to eliminate the taste. After running about 10 large carafes through the machine, the taste was normal. Then the next time I returned to use it a few days later, the horrendous taste again was present. It through out the drink as it tasted awful. Other than the awful taste of the water that comes through the machine, the machine is great. But I care most about the taste of the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Have you tried changing up the type of water you are using in your brewer? We recommend using bottled or filtered spring water in your Keurig coffee maker. Coffee and tea are over 98% water so quality water is necessary for a good coffee, tea or iced beverage. We do not recommend distilled water in your Keurig coffee maker as it can change the taste profile of your coffee by making it bitter, and may cause brewing results to vary. Oh my goodness we love this. So much less bulky on our counter yet holds more water. Options to 12oz. I take pods out and brew hot water to let my tea bags steep for my pitcher of tea...5 star... only wish it would have the light they had in the classic maker.

Leaks but work

Got this to replace our old Keurig. Love the size and how quiet it is. After a few uses we started noticing a puddle of water under the Keurig. Took a while but we could see a small drip coming from the bottom at part B. So we still use it but just have to empty the water and unplug it after each use. The box has bee thrown away bc it worked fine for the first couple weeks. Maybe we just got a bad machine but just be careful.

I actually expected the new features to be better than they actually are. The new technology did not change the strength to stronger and its also not hotter.

Bad purchase

We bought this in November. Descale came on. I have descaled this so a half dozen times and the descale has not gone away.
