Great product and great service!

Love my cc-300! I did have an issue with my temp control board. After receiving a replacement TCB, it worked for only a day. Long story short, talked to Hienifer in customer service and got a replacement unit on the way; she was wonderful!

Great customer service!

I received a defective unit on the first try. Thanks to Christina in Customer Support, a new one is on the way! The unit is attractive and well-packaged, first impression was very positive, and the cedar shelving is first class. My first unit worked flawlessly for 36 hours and the then PC board went out. Can't wait for the replacement.

Best cigar purchase I’ve made!

I’d been looking for somewhere to store all of my cigars and keep them cool. I had wooden and plastic humidors everywhere. This solved everything and it looks great!
