Love my NewAir CC-300. Filling it up was a blast. Now I have to convince my wife I "need" another one as I still have about 10 boxes that are in Boveda bags. Hassle free and economical is the CC-300. What a treat!

Making Cigar Storage Simple

Overall, I'm very pleased with this humidor. I no longer need to worry about regulating temperature nor do I need to focus on how well it holds humidity. With heartfelt beads for humidification, I almost never need to do anything. While a decent sized investment, with very minimal effort, you no longer have to worry about those expensive davidoffs you just bought.
Pros: Attractive, Great Craftsmanship, Holds Humidity, Tight Seal
Cons: Inaccurate Hygrometer

Attractive & Perfect Humidor for your Cigars!

Almost everything is perfect with this humidor. The only negative I can give is that the hygrometer wasn't of good quality and the spring was faulty so couldn't calibrate it. I keep it in place for the overall look of the humidor but have attached a digital hygrometer which is much more accurate anyway. Otherwise, I can't recommend this humidor more highly. Could probably store about 200 cigars, looks very attractive in the kitchen (especially in the dark with the blue light), temperature adjustment. I use the pie jar humidity beads and put a piece in 4 different areas and the humidity remains stable. This humidor highly recommended!

GREAT Unit, but not perfect..

The CC300 is the second NewAir humidor that I've owned. I also left a review on the CC100H. Just like the CC100H, the CC300 has a great build quality, attractive design and holds humidity very well. And just like the CC100H, the biggest failure here is the little light - it's inadequate for the size of this unit, and just like with the smaller unit, it doesn't light the interior of the humidor once there are cigars loaded into the humidor. The big differences here are the following: -The CC300 is a louder unit. It's not LOUD, so it's not like it's going to be a disturbance, but as opposed to the CC100H that was nearly silent when heating or cooling, the CC300 is noticeably louder. -The CC300 ONLY cools (no heating function) which I don't mind at all, but unfortunately it OVER-cools by 2-3 degrees. Will this effect the cigars? No. But if I set it to 69 (for example) I want it to cool to 69 and hold - not cool down to 66-67 which is what it does most often. -The hygrometer is off by about 3% as compared with the PERFECTLY accurate hygrometer found in the CC100H -It tends to hold it's own humidity, to the extent that it's 2% over where I set the humidifier, and the humidifier hasn't run in DAYS. I've tried to adjust this by leaving the unit open for a few minutes at a time, but no luck (and this is with tracking the humidity with a separately purchased digital sensor installed in the humidor. Overall the CC300 does what it needs to do and I haven't had ANY issues with the cigars I've smoked out of it in the last month, so the negatives / differences I listed are really just specifics to show that it's a slightly-less-accurate version of it's smaller counterpart (the CC100H). If you need the extra space though, the CC300 will not disappoint. It's a good unit.

I loved the product that was purchased for me on Father's Day. It has now quit working. I'd suggest trying a different brand for this reason alone
Cons: Quit working inside of a year.

Had a problem with my CC-280E and Ross from Customer Service was amazing. He handled all of my questions and issues. This newer version of the 280E is going to fit my needs perfectly since the 280E is now discontinued. I will continue to be a NewAir customer for many years to come, based soleyl on the customer service experience. If you have a problem, they have your back, even if your product is out of warranty.

Great product

Great design overall. Only minor complain is that it's just a cooler. You can't add heat to it. So if your room is below that ideal 70ish it won't heat up the inside. But say you're down in a hot area and your rooms reach above 70 it's great for keeping your sticks cool

Perfect for keeping temps down in the desert

I Bought this to keep the temperatures of my humidor down during the summer months in Las Vegas and has done exactly that as well as keep the humidity any perfect rate I have 10 boxes in there now and we rarely need to adjust anything
