Temperature control is a huge issue

So this products marketing is a bit disingenuous. As it has an LED readout of the internal temperature of the unit, and a selector that allows the user to choose the temperature.....it does not allow for increasing the internal temperature. So while it can cool, it cannot heat! A bit strange as one would want to keep the temperature at about a steady 70 F. I suppose if I lived in Florida or Arizona this product would be ideal, however I do not. My room temperature at night is about 55 F. The internal temperature read 55 F even though I had selected 70 F as the desired temp. It was not until I called CS they told me it can only cool....not heat. This is a bust. They need to re-design to allow for constant temp control, not just ambient temp.

Cons: Difficult To Adjust
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got it as a gift. Ups delivered it to the door. Very well packed, easy to set up. A real quality piece. Looks great, very quiet. Can't wait to get to start using it! Did I also mention fantastic customer service by well educated people that care?

Excellent product so far. Works as advertised. Temperature and humidity levels are staying where I need them. The drawers that come with it are a little loose but not to the point of being a problem. Shelves are a good fit. I would certainly recommend it and would buy again.

Vast Improvement Over CC-280E

This thing is a vast improvement over the CC-280E. I like the chrome finish on the door more than the black gloss that attracted fingerprints on the older model. Better performance in terms of temperature control and a better designed drain plug.
