This product has been great ... Seems like it's holding temperature and Humidity and very nice looking. I had some minor issues initially ... and needed to request another shelf and drawer (I Broke them) and Vincent took care of me very quickly and was VERY nice and VERY professional! Great company and great employee!

Great product that missed on a few details

Great product, but had a few smaller issues with mine. First it came with two small dents on the front. Not the end of the world but not something you'd like to see in a brand new product. The next issue was with a drawer. It came with some green spot that appeared to potentially be mold. Again, not the end of the world, but not something you'd like to see. I will give credit to customer service however. They offered to ship an additional drawer and because I didn't want to return the unit I had and have to wait longer to get this setup, they offered to refund some money. So I think this is a great product and the company is willing to stand behind it. I would have given this 5 stars had I not had the issues. This is a 5 star product in my opinion. As for the the storage and function, it holds temp and humidity really well. The temp reading/setting is very close to my digital hygro's. The hygro that comes with the wineador is useless and only for display. It does have a calibration screw but if you try to turn it, it's on a spring and bounces back. So I didn't bother. The selves are decent. Not the best construction in the world but will get the job done. They do smell amazing though. Lastly, the humidity seems to hold very well. I didn't mess with the drain plug (nor even look at it) so if it's open, the humidity still holds despite that. So it is extremely nice. All in all this is a great unit. I wasn't able to fit 400 cigars though, so it didn't hold as much as I'd hope. I'm pretty stuffed at 300. I stored mostly churchills and toros....so on a the larger size, which is why I wasn't able to get to 400.

Best way to store cigars in a warm dry climate

I purchased this humidor to control temp. I live in the SW US and during the summer heat, my home averages 76-78 degrees. Way to warm to safely store cigars at the proper temps. The CC-300 is the answer. Great seal and it holds temp and humidity perfectly. With Heartfelt beads, I get @ a 2% fluxuation in humidity and @ 1 to 1 1/2 degrees fluxuation in temp. I did install an additional fan for circulation as mine is packed solid with cigars

Excellent Humidor

My wife bought me this humidor for Christmas and I have to say it is one of the best purchases you can make for your cigars! The shelves were well constructed and the unit gives plenty of setup options. I pulled two shelves out because I store whole boxes. I utilized the drawers with my loose Cubans in one and my non Cubans in the other.
I am a little OCD when it comes to RH% and Temp. I read some reviews of people having problems with regulating their RH and Temp. I will say with a unit this large you need to run an oasis or 320g boveda packets. I found running 4 69%RH 320g boveda packets and a Xikar humifan(runs every 15min, helps with circulation) works the best. My RH stays between 66-68 and temp is 66-68 which is where I like it. + or - 1or2 isn't going cause a problem. Keep in mind if you keep opening and closing the unit your RH will drop. I did not have the plastic smell inside either but if your unit does there are instructions on how to remove it. Over all I am pleased with my humidor and would definitely recommend it.

Horrible features

Can’t believe you sell a humidor without a humidifacation reading. Set it up and had no idea if working. Had to order a second device from you but now traveling for the next month. Insane

Misleading

The unit continues to cool lower than established temp setting. The ambient temperature in my house is 75 and I have the unit set at 70. The unit is cooling down to 62 degrees which is too cold. I contacted NewAir and they stated the ambient temp needs to be 10 degrees higher than your desired temp in the humidor. This isn't advertised and isn't stated in the manual or website it only states it should be stored inside between 50-80 degrees. To have the desired temperature of 70 I would have to set my house to 80 degrees which is unreasonable.

Doesn’t heat full of deception

I know I should have done more reasherch. Long story short the description that is given by newair. Makes it seem like the unit is heated. Well it’s not. Only cools. Also one of my drawers with the hydrometer is very tight. It feels like I may rip he front panel off by opening it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shipped 4 Drawers And NO Shelves!

I was very excited to receive my UPS shipment of the CC 300. Upon opening the box I realized that I had no shelves but four drawers instead which did not fit flush in the unit. How does this even happen!
