So far so good. Box was delivered in perfect shape. Unit was in near perfect shape. I had to adjust the screws in the door hinge to plum the door. The racks are a little crammed but I read that in other reviews. Also the height is only 33” which is rare and what I needed. It’s Super quiet. Nice lights. Love it so far. Purchased the 3 year warranty so i don’t have to worry.

This is a great product! It has a sleek design, great LED lighting, holds all the bottles it claims to hold, and is quiet. I do not hear it at all which is very important in a Manhattan apartment. The supplier and delivery service were also great. Amazing customer service! I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

This product proves to be a wonderful addition to a budding bar enthusiast. The capacity is very impressive and the thoughtful design adds class and elegance to any décor. I look forward to putting the cooler to good use for many years to come.

I am very happy with this product. It arrived in good shape and was well packed. I immediately loaded it up with 52 bottles and it reached the desired temperature in less than 24 hours. Very quiet and looks great. I had a small warranty issue and Newair was very responsive and stood behind their warranty with no hassle.

We have bought two of these over a three year period and have zero issues. I use one for wine and one for my Belgium beer collection which I keep at 52 degrees We are buying the 116 bottle later this year
