I got this through a third party from my parents as a Christmas gift. I live in a high rise, so it was a little heavy to move by myself as it arrives via FedEx. When I opened the box, one side was dented as well as the front grate at the bottom. I was bummed and didn't know what to do. I decided to email the NewAir customer service department. They (Melissa) was so helpful! Without question or having to pay, she sent me a new front grate so that I could swap it out. I can live with the dent as you don't see it based on how I have it placed in my house. I LOVE my new wine refrigerator! It is so pretty, quiet and holds the perfect number of bottles for me. I HIGHLY recommend this one!!

Happy a friend with (2) side by side referred the 52-bottle wine fridge. The wood shelves add a classic touch to my freestanding wine fridge. Supply chain chaos increased cost but it was worth it in the end.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fridge and design. Fits perfectly where we put it. We got the 1 zone as less complicated (we only put red wine in). Love the wooden shelves. Only reason we give it a 4 is that we just got it and don't have a history with the product. But all in all, we love it and would buy again

Loved it until last week - No Longer Works!

I did a lot of research when I was looking to purchase a wine cooler and I decided on this one. I loved the look of it, it held a lot of bottles of wine, and wasn't too loud. I purchased the extended warranty and it will be 6 years next month (December 2023) that I have had it and now it no longer works! It no longer gets cold - before the temp was at 40 degrees and now it won't go below 65. I have tried everything to restart it, etc. I paid $800+ for this and it certainly should have lasted longer than 6 years! So disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
