Nice looking and working unit

We purchased 2 of these units a couple months ago. In shipping, one of the shelves was broken. I contacted NewAir and they were able to get a new shelf shipped to us. All in all, we are very pleased with the units. They are much more quiet than other wine refrigerators we have had.

Good fridge but the shelves are poorly made

The fridge works well, but the shelves are poorly made and don't slide well. When I got the fridge, the front of the top shelf was cracked and the crack became much wider when I put bottles on it. Very disappointing. Also, the internal lights are only at the top so they shine brightly on the top shelf, but the rest of the fridge is dark.

Very pleased

I have been enjoying the purchase of my first wine cooler. I have been enjoying many wonderful (as well as many costly) wines for many years now, and I have always been concerned about proper storage of my wines, ensuring enjoyment when the time comes. This takes the worry away. I also have to say, that I purchased a Coravin system allowing me to enjoy a glass of wine whenever I want without worrying about what may remain. The best of both worlds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The fridge operates as you would expect but I wish the temperature display would have been in the middle like a small model that I already own. The fridge is also a bit on the loud side and sounds like it is constantly recirculating. Not sure if that is normal or if perhaps something is wrong with the calibrator. It chills by bottles though and has a sleek modern look so I like it for that.

I bought the product about a month ago and I am a little disappointed. It makes a very strange humming noise and a slight whistle noise. Not sure but don't think it should make those noises.
