In service for 8 days with no problems...so far. Arrived with everything intact but with less-than-perfect bottom front grill. Still gave 5 stars because Anthony took my phone call and my email photo and immediately sent out a replacement grill. He also answered several questions. The quality of the customer service pleasantly surprised me. Runs quietly. Temperature is accurate within a degree or two (I used my refrigerator thermometer to test it). Temperature is uniform throughout the unit, which also pleasantly surprised me. I couldn't find a better value for the money. Believe me, I looked far and wide before pulling the trigger on this unit.

I have now owned my wine fridge for nearly a year and absolutely love it! It was the perfect addition to my kitchen/bar area. In addition to functioning well and doing everything that I wanted from a wine fridge, it adds to the ambiance that I wanted to create in my space. I couldn't be more pleased with this product. I highly recommend it!

great looking unit - good customer service

Bought it a year and a half ago. Very sharp and it worked perfectly; until it didn't. But despite the fridge being well out of warranty NewAir stepped up and agreed to fix the issue. I would not hesitate to buy this again.

Just received the New Air

So far so good! We've had the new cooler for a couple weeks and are hopeful this one lasts longer than our old Avanti. It seems to be put together well and is holding a consistent temperature. The unit is quiet and looks exactly as pictured. Delivery was great and they put the cooler exactly where we wanted it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
