Nice, but..

...needs a couple modifications to get 5 stars.
I made 2 modifications myself at a cost of $12 and a little time. (See photos) The other change would be to move the overhead LED to the front of the cabinet & shorten the top drawer by a 1/2" so the light becomes useful.

This little unit pack a big punch...looks good works better and their is no need to
worry about your sticks anymore. Boveda packs work fantastic after you season
your box with distilled water to start.

Works great and smells AMAZING!

Came quickly and started right up. Smells AMAZING! Plenty of room. I am using the Boveda packs with it as I like the ease. To season it though I ordered the Boveda 84% RH 60 gram and left them in a week and then switched out to 69% and everything has been great! Only down side I can see, but couldn't take a star off for it, would be the interior lighting. The little blue light is pretty worthless.

Temperature control problems

I received this as a Christmas present and love everything about it other than I can't get the temperature above 65 degrees F. I have cigars with mold on them.

Great for first couple of years

I had mine for a couple of years now and it stopped working. Called customer service and they said I needed a new board. Did not have Any in stock and said they would be in late November. Called back in early December and still no inventory of the board nor do they have a date when one will be in. Asked for a discount on another unit and was told the price on the web site was a discount. Poor customer service when you sell a product and don’t have replacement parts.

Follow the directions. Purchased my NewAir for myself. I followed the directions and seasoned it. It has worked perfectly keeping my cigars perfect and even reviving some. I recently purchased another NewAir as a gift to my buddy. I have a lot of confidence in the product.
