Still not helpful

This is a follow up to my previous review. After posting bad review support commented that I should contact them so they could make me a happy customer. After me having to send multiple emails back and forth with them, they came to the conclusion that the unit was bad and then wanted to charge me for the part, and I could try to change it out myself. I believe they should have replaced the unit, as this is two bad units in 18 months. I definitely do not recommend the product, but it seems others have had better luck than I.

Bought the CC-100H in Oct 2019, has worked flawlessly since I've had it. This holds temperature and humidity great. I turn down the heat at night in the house and the unit may fluctuate 1 degree in temperature and 1% in humidity but this only happens on really cold nights, I live in the north. This is a hassle free humidor, shut it and forget it. I use Boveda 60 gram packs and they work great in this unit.
In some of the reviews people are using sponges, which won't work in this unit, its to airtight and you can't control the humidity out-put of a sponge and Oasis style units are over kill for this size humidor. And yes you will need to buy a better electronic hydrometer but they're inexpensive.
This will hold 250 Churchill cigars but it will be full top to bottom, it holds 200 Churchill's comfortably with plenty of breathing room, and you want some breathing room.
This is a very good cigar humidor, it holds humidity and temperature excellent and at a very fair price, its as close to hassle free as you can get.
If your thinking of buying one I would recommend it.

This unit holds temperature and adjusts easily. I had some confusion initially upon purchase because I thought since the unit came with a small water dish it would somehow self regulate relative humidity. The manufacturer should provide better instruction on seasoning and best practices for maintaining the relative humidity. The provided analogue hygrometer is also useless. I lost 10 or so cigars to mold because it was not reading accurately. I still think the unit performs as advertised. It just required obedience on my part to learn how to maintain the environment. I have since replaced the hygrometer with a higher quality digital hygrometer and have had better performance.
Pros: Easy to Adjust, Holds Humidity
Cons: Inaccurate Hygrometer

I recently received a NewAir CC-100, had it 3 weeks now and I think it s great! This Cigar Cooler is a new idea for me but makes sense. I have it in my office and it looks stylish and is a conversation starter. It's very quiet, easy to use and set up. I followed the included instructions and was able to hit the ideal humidly on the hydrometer in 2 days. I've been able to keep it at a 70% humidly level using a crystal gel solution. The inside has 2 shelves that are big enough for some boxes and a drawer near the top able to hold individual cigars. It s rated for 250 cigars but if you like the larger ring size and length then it s going to be a little less.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second one that I have purchased. Returned the first one because temperature would not go above 62 degrees. The second one will not go above 61 degrees. I have moved it from room to room and this did not help. My house holds at a steady 68 degrees, so it is not related to ambient temp. The unit has about a foot of clearance on all sides. I also did not receive a drawer. Have been calling customer support, but recording says that they are busy and puts me on hold. A few minutes later message says they are to busy please leave a message. Have not heard back from anyone yet.

I've had this unit for a few weeks now and am liking it quite a bit. I have been storing cigars at home for 20 years and I currently have 4 traditional desktop humidors and a large cabinet humidor. I have used igloo coolers in the past and this most closely reminds me of those in the ease of use and setup. Of course, it holds humidity well, and I'm using a Cigar Oasis Excel in it, which is rated for a 300 cigar capacity humidor, although a polymer bead humidity solution would work fine, like Boveda packs, for instance. Quick note on humidor capacities, they generally use smaller corona sized cigars to measure, so this 250 cigar humidor is more realistically going to hold 150 larger sized cigars. I like that it's deep and can hold full boxes of cigars, as well as singles in the drawer. I also am impressed that the hygrometer, which is integrated into the drawer, seems pretty accurate. The only concern I would have is making sure the humidity is controlled as it's very tightly sealed and could potentially mold if left unopened for long periods. Smoke out of it, opening it every few days, and you'll be fine. The only other problem I've had is finding a good place to put it, and it has to be a place with access to an electrical outlet. This is an especially nice unit if you live somewhere with temperature extremes, as the temperature control seems to work quite well, easily set and quiet. I would definitely recommend this humidor.

Poor customer service and quality review recd without draw

Did not come with a draw spoke to customer service did recd replacement draw without hydrometer. I need a hydrometer sent overnight so I can start using the unit. Very poor quality and customer service
