Runs great and quite. Keeps temp at a solid 68 degrees. Throw in a half pound of humidity beads and a digital hygrometer and you’re all set.

This is my first coolidor and I think it's perfect for my first coolidor I just wish the moisture container had a more secure set up and that there were more grooves for the shelves for different set ups.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Customer service mgr & CEO Dont Care About You

I'm going to make this short because theres a lot to say. I have had my newair cc100h humidor for about 3 weeks it seem to be ok. But I cant say that about the customer service mgr and the CEO of newair. Like I said I'm making this short. I was given some wrong info about the unit being out of stock until the end of august I was told this three or four different times I was worried because I had cigars ordered, but after being told that 3 or 4 different times I was upset so the following day I told myself just try and order it any way so I did and to my surprise the order went thru I got confirmation and every thing but I was worried about all the cigars I had ordered because I had no place to put them, some of these cigars were rare cuban cigars and some was limited additions so many was made once in a life time order because they wasnt making any more of them. Any way I emailed the customer service rep I had been talking to, and told them I just ordered the unit and why did they just told me it was still out of stock. The rep told me they made a mistake and said they told to alot of people in a day and they thought I was talking about something else and they got confused my response was 4 different times including the day I ordered it. So I asked for the mgr and all he gave was more excuses so I said fine he was going to take responsibility for what the rep had told me. So I said fine by now my cigars had came I was worried there was alot of cigars and I had no place to put them. It was about 11 days before I received the humidor including a weekend and then another 7 days of seasoning and getting the unit humidified for cigars finally I started to add my cigars but I could tell they had started to dry out I managed to save some but some had started to crack we are talking about alot of money being loss so I called newair talked to customer service mgr and told him what happened to my cigars and explain to him that the wrong info given to me cost me 4 days. Again he gave excuses and didnt seem to care about me losing hundreds of dollars in cigars some of those cuban cigars was $35 & $50 each fast forward he still didnt feel they had done any thing wrong. So the next day I received an email saying they would give me credit of 5% which was only $13 I said are you kidding me I explained my loss once again so after a couple of days they gave me 20% credit for a total of $25. So I called and asked for the CEO Mr Peter's the lady told me he was in a you can tell meeting and would be sure hatto have him call me. To this day I never heard from him I called back and she said he was busy he never called. He wanted my money but was to busy to take 5 minutes to talk to his customer that help keep him in business. I dont know about you guys but service after the sale is what count just like buying a car and its service dept. These people didnt give a d*** about my loss they just wanted the sale no one excepted responsibilty for that reps actions. I'm debating on sending the unit back I'm waiting on a return label I'm so upset for the way I was treated. Theres alot of good humidors out there I cant tell you what to do but I do suggest shopping around before buying from this company just the attitude of the mgr you could tell he didnt care about the customers he was more concern about his bonus and as for the ceo a company is only as good as its leader. I will keep you informed if any thing changes good or bad I believe in warning people about a product or its customer service because you deserve to know before spending your hard earned money.

Good Humidor, Poor design

The Unit is perfect for the amount of cigars I own (about 150). I am amazed that the designers did not build in more drawer positions.. This really limits you in how you can manage your collection. It is also impossible to configure any other way than what is shown in the set up. If I had it to do over, I would buy the bigger model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Follow the directions. Purchased my NewAir for myself. I followed the directions and seasoned it. It has worked perfectly keeping my cigars perfect and even reviving some. I recently purchased another NewAir as a gift to my buddy. I have a lot of confidence in the product.

Love it but hygrometer doesn't work

I bought the cc-100h a few weeks ago and love it. However, the analog hygrometer it came with is useless. It is off my +/-10%. I put 2 digital hygrometers inside to confirm. The analog was reading 70% while the digitals confirmed it over 80% humidity. I'm glad I checked it, being off that much could have been catastrophic. I'm now looking for a round digital that will fit where the analog currently is. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Brad
