Bought the CC-100H in Oct 2019, has worked flawlessly since I've had it. This holds temperature and humidity great. I turn down the heat at night in the house and the unit may fluctuate 1 degree in temperature and 1% in humidity but this only happens on really cold nights, I live in the north. This is a hassle free humidor, shut it and forget it. I use Boveda 60 gram packs and they work great in this unit. In some of the reviews people are using sponges, which won't work in this unit, its to airtight and you can't control the humidity out-put of a sponge and Oasis style units are over kill for this size humidor. And yes you will need to buy a better electronic hydrometer but they're inexpensive. This will hold 250 Churchill cigars but it will be full top to bottom, it holds 200 Churchill's comfortably with plenty of breathing room, and you want some breathing room. This is a very good cigar humidor, it holds humidity and temperature excellent and at a very fair price, its as close to hassle free as you can get. If your thinking of buying one I would recommend it.

Great for first couple of years

I had mine for a couple of years now and it stopped working. Called customer service and they said I needed a new board. Did not have Any in stock and said they would be in late November. Called back in early December and still no inventory of the board nor do they have a date when one will be in. Asked for a discount on another unit and was told the price on the web site was a discount. Poor customer service when you sell a product and don’t have replacement parts.

Temperature control problems

This unit holds temperature and adjusts easily. I had some confusion initially upon purchase because I thought since the unit came with a small water dish it would somehow self regulate relative humidity. The manufacturer should provide better instruction on seasoning and best practices for maintaining the relative humidity. The provided analogue hygrometer is also useless. I lost 10 or so cigars to mold because it was not reading accurately. I still think the unit performs as advertised. It just required obedience on my part to learn how to maintain the environment. I have since replaced the hygrometer with a higher quality digital hygrometer and have had better performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product was great then suddenly stopped working

The humidor was purchased as a present for my husband and worked well for about three years I believe. Then it stopped cooling. Customer service has been very helpful in answering my questions but I'm disappointed there will be a charge to purchase the replacement part needed. Here's to hoping the new part repairs the problem and lasts a long time.

Great Cigar Humidor

I recently received a NewAir CC-100, had it 3 weeks now and I think it s great! This Cigar Cooler is a new idea for me but makes sense. I have it in my office and it looks stylish and is a conversation starter. It's very quiet, easy to use and set up. I followed the included instructions and was able to hit the ideal humidly on the hydrometer in 2 days. I've been able to keep it at a 70% humidly level using a crystal gel solution. The inside has 2 shelves that are big enough for some boxes and a drawer near the top able to hold individual cigars. It s rated for 250 cigars but if you like the larger ring size and length then it s going to be a little less.
I would recommend this to a friend!
