Poor customer service and quality review recd without draw

Did not come with a draw spoke to customer service did recd replacement draw without hydrometer. I need a hydrometer sent overnight so I can start using the unit. Very poor quality and customer service
...needs a couple modifications to get 5 stars. I made 2 modifications myself at a cost of $12 and a little time. (See photos) The other change would be to move the overhead LED to the front of the cabinet & shorten the top drawer by a 1/2" so the light becomes useful.

Great Cigar Cooler

The cc 100 is a dream come true love it is a cigar cooler i highly recommend anyone to purchase great deal. Great service. I have no complaints. Other than the Hydrometer. New Air spend a little money and get a good hydrometer in these Cigar cooler.
Purchased it a month ago, just filled it with some very expensive cigars, I know they will be well cared for.

I bought this for my husband for father's day and so far he really likes it. No problems with the humidity like he's had in the past with other humidors.
