I can't go wrong with any piece of Demeyere that I purchase and I love this stove-top smoker. I love to smoke vegetables and do so a few times a month and they come out tasting so good. You can use for meats, fish, seafood, as well, but I love the veggies! This moker does double duty as a steamer as well, so great value!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this as a gift. The only included information was about cleaning and avoiding burning yourself. I regularly smoke foods on a Weber kettle and a dedicated wood burning smoker. So I'll have a head start. Anyone who has never smoked before could be totally lost and maybe ruin food while learning. I assume that you have cooked with this so why not include a recipe book to get people started?

Really can't say as I've never used it. Came with no instructions or recipes. Scoured the internet but nothing specific to this pan in regards to time or temp. It's been I. my cupboard for over a year

My husband bought this for me for Christmas last year and I was so excited. I used it once and I became concerned because it was making cracking noises. It sounded like shooting! I pulled it off the burner and allowed it to cool. When I picked it up, the bottom fell off! I returned it as it was under warranty and 6 months later, I received the replacement. I used it once and the exact same thing happened! I was infuriated! I will return it again but will never buy another product from this company.

No directions

I love the pan but there are no recipes and no directions for use. So it is just sitting around. I am not sure what kind of chips to use or how to use them.

I had never used a Smoker before and have to say, enjoyed the flavor after cooking my chicken in this. I really like this piece by Demeyere.

Bad quality, not worth the money

It’s not a good item, quality is bad. I only used once, all the bottom either inside, or outside, very dark, and can’t clean. I’m winding what kind material it’s used. I request to return , but was told because it’s already used, can’t return. I don’t think anything wrong I did. Your company should response for it. It’s not my fault. I don’t know what happened, I can’t upload the pictures.
